A Property That Deserves Better Leadership
Pros:

The room was a good size, but that was the only thing I liked about the accommodation. The soundproofing was terrible—I could hear everything from the room above and the room next door.

Cons:

The hotel is located right on the edge of a neighborhood with significant social challenges. From the hotel, you can clearly see life unfolding on the other side of the railway tracks, and homeless people often remain on the sidewalk near the entrance.

I found it particularly unsettling that the breakfast room is fully visible from the street. Sitting there enjoying breakfast while people outside appear to be struggling creates a rather uncomfortable contrast.

The only staff member who genuinely made me feel welcome was a mature gentleman working the morning shift. The rest of the team were polite but seemed disengaged and lacked the warmth one hopes to find in hospitality.

Overall, the hotel left me with a rather sad feeling. It’s a property with real potential, and I believe that, with stronger leadership and a greater focus on both the guest experience and staff engagement, it could become a much more welcoming place.

Pros:

Flott ki-és becsekkolás, nagyok hamar visszajött a kaució. Tisztaság volt, minden nap takarítottak, kávéfőző a szobákban illetve a recepciónál korlátlan kávé és tea. A reggeli jó volt, bár hiányzott a zöldség. A környéken sok a hajléktalan, drogos, de kulcskártyával nyílt a szálloda ajtaja illetve mindig volt biztonsági őr is, semmi probléma nem volt. Nagyon közel található egy Target és a metró az utca túloldaláról indul LA downtown-ba.

The hotel was clean. The beds were very comfortable and I love the location.

Cons:

Some of the items in the room were a bit dated and I wish the TV was bigger or mounted on the wall. We had two queens and if you’re in the bed next to the window, it’s hard to see the TV. The guy at the front desk upon checking out, seemed very uninterested and was very dismissive and rude. He took my key and didn’t say anything. I asked him about the final cost. He just seemed very uninterested in being there the gentleman at the valet was a lot more cheerful

Good location but I probably would try another hotel in the area next time.
Pros:

The facilities were nice.

Cons:

Confusing experience with billing and check in. Booking.com says I need to contact the hotel for the invoice but I got told the opposite. The first hotel I've ever been to where I had to leave without one. They also double charged me for the booking.
