Could have been better, sorry
Pros:

There was a gentleman on the reception the next morning, very nice man, very professional and he has made our visit more pleasant than it would have been. He helped us get the coins for laundry and apologized for accident next morning, by reducing rate.
Breakfast was good, you wouldn’t think at the first glance but was actually healthy and coffee/ tea is complementary.
Location is great, just 200m from the Pier, we loved it.

Cons:

Several things actually; too pricy hotel for what you get.
At the check in, there was the rudest lady behind the desk, fed up with us, with life I assume. My husband was not allowed to do check in on my name, he waited more than 2 hrs in the lobby as arriving before us. She was very arrogant even when I arrived. It was on 25.6.2026 around 4pm. Managers should organize some customer service behavior trainings.
In the morning we got a leakage in the bathroom through the sink out of nowhere. We had like 10 second to pick up our belongings before dirty water going over. The plumber came as this is normal thing, so I assume it is happening regularly, probably they were cleaning upper floor and it broke out.

The only positives were that the hotel was clean and conveniently located near the pier.
Pros:

Cons:

I was very disappointed with my stay, especially considering the price of this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was lacking. The valet staff did not acknowledge us at all, and I actually had to go inside and ask whether the valet service even belonged to the hotel because no one greeted or assisted us.

The front desk experience was no better and had an attitude. The staff was not welcoming or friendly. They simply stared at us when we walked in, and I had to initiate the conversation by saying I was there to check in.

The breakfast was also disappointing and did not meet expectations for a hotel at this price point.

Satisfied with the overall experience.
Pros:

The location was first class. You are a stones throw from the metro which is a direct line into downtown LA.
Great size room with very comfortable beds and facilities. Very pleasant staff and an overall chilled vibe.

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit of a let down though, not the greatest of selections.
The use of paper plates and plastic cutlery felt a bit cheap and lazy.

Could do with a change machine in the laundry for quarters, was advised on a couple of occasions that the reception didn't carry them and you'd need to get them from a shop nearby. Minor gripe, didn't affect the stay.
