Charming boutique hotel with a friendly atmosphere
Pros:

This charming boutique hotel offers a wonderfully friendly atmosphere that makes you feel welcome the moment you walk through the door. The location offers a hassle-free connection with easy access to both Wembley Stadium and the city center. The lounge included handy coffee and tea making facilities for a relaxing morning. Great Perks was having access to free parking took all the stress out of arriving and exploring the area. Highly recommended if you want a cozy stay with excellent hospitality and perfect transport links

Continental breakfast was average , I would rather to pay more for full English breakfast

Enjoyed our stay, would return
Pros:

We came for the bon jovi concert, and the staff had left us a complimentary vip basket of snacks and drinks and a printed letter with really useful info on getting to and from Wembley

Cons:

The aircon was very noisy so couldn't be used

Convenient location.
Pros:

The dinning area was welcoming, I was able to sit and do some work on my computer, with good WiFi access, free coffee available from the machine.

Cons:

Room smelt a bit damp, bathroom decor needs some attention. Hairdryer stopped working, ? Overheating. A lot of noise with doors banging until near gone midnight.

The breakfast was good with a cute lounge area. The single room is a box room so opt for a bigger room if required

Comfortable Greta value stay close to Golders Green Station
Pros:

Room is comfortable. Customer service is excellent. Free breakfast was a bonus. Great to also have access to coffees from the machine. The hotel is located in a safe neighbourhood and near Tesco express. It is a 15 minute walk to Golders Green station.

לא אכלתי ארוחת בוקר.

Cons:

מיקום הטלויזיה בחדר 17 לא הגיוני. הוא בצד של המיטה ואי אפשר לשכב ולצפות. מעבר לזה יש יותר מ 100 תחנות ואין אף תחנת ספורט!!! אין ארון לאחסן את הבגדים ופרטים מהמזוודה. לא היתה שקית לשים את הכביסה. (בפעם הקודמת שהייתי בחדר זוגי עם ארון הטלויזיה היתה ממוקמת במקום טוב והיתה שקית לכביסה).

Pros:

Room was clean, the location was good. Just 5 minutes from the golders green station.

Cons:

I booked a deluxe double Room and it was too small for 2 people. The shower was also small and uncomfortable.

Great stay overall! I would definitely recommend staying here and would return again.
Pros:

Very good stay. Staff was helpful and the room met expectations, and the price includes parking and continental breakfast. Value for money. The room equipped with air-conditioner gave me a very good sleep in summer time.

Cons:

The bathroom was a bit dated and needs some updates.

Generally very happy
Pros:

Re the first room (2 nights): Great space, modern and lots of natural light. Was very happy with my stay there.

Re the second room (as I had to extend my stay by 1 night): generally fine but I think the room needs a bit of a touch up (see comments below).

Cons:

Only constructive feedback is that the first room I stayed in didn’t have a few basic items (ironing board, iron and a properly working hair dryer (no heat)), which were listed as being in the room, but these are very small things.

With regards to the second room, some of the plugs and electrical sockets were not working/charging and I think the room is in need of a bit of refurbishment.
