Comfortable room but safety needs to be looked at
Pros:

Nice comfortable room, the air conditioning was perfect and needed during the heat wave. Everything worked and was clean.

Cons:

We stayed here to go to Harry Styles, the Friday evening we arrived back at the hotel at 1:30am and the door was unlocked so anyone could enter the hotel and there was no one on reception.

The Saturday I went to Harry again and returned to the hotel at 12:30am, the door was unlocked again and no one was on reception.

Anyone could walk in at any point and as a women travelling this made me feel quite uncomfortable

Not the greatest stay, did not sleep well, and we won’t be staying again.
Pros:

The air con was nice to come into the room too. The room seemed clean at first - but then when we went to the bathroom there was someone else’s hair all over the floor which was obvious to see and black hair clips.

Cons:

As I said before - the hair on the floor and the hair clips. The bedside table plugs both end didn’t work - my mattress had the BIGGEST dip which was clearly a broken mattress on the side and I had to plump it up with the pink cushion we were given. I didn’t know this until midnight when we returned the hotel, as we came back from a concert. It was far too late to say anything as nobody was there - I had a very uncomfortable sleep. We also had a door that led to someone else’s bedroom and we could hear everything - wasn’t nice to hear and made my daughter anxious. Breakfast was very appallingly and very limited. Not worth the price we paid and will not be returning.

Że cena była dość niska wygodne łóżka i czysta pościel fajny spacer do metra , malutkie przytulne pokoje

Ciągle musiałam zmieniać pokoje
Dali mi pokój z zepsuta klimatyzacja

Was fairly good yes!
Pros:

Very clean nice modern looking room, very cozy and homely!

Cons:

Like the walls were made out of paper could hear everything going on, lots of people having s*x all night sounded as if it was in the same room, also king size bed was just 2 singles pushed together so kept on slipping between the 2 which was quite uncomfortable

Excellent hotel in an ideal location for us meeting up with relatives.
Pros:

Excellent bedroom with a superking size bed. Good size room. Room was very clean with good tea/coffee making facilities . Coffee machine in breakfast area with free coffee. Very attentive staff. Excellent location with travel to central London via tube. Bus stop for Brent Cross very close.

Nothing.
