Cons:

No breakfast available. Unhelpful staff..The small rooms are very small. Hot water coming from both taps. Complimentary coffee machine was broken. 2 stars only.

Reasonable accom just outside city centre
Pros:

Bed’s were ok… we liked the squirrel in the back yard.. room had a fridge

Not worth 120 pounds.
Pros:

The room me and my two kids stayed in was a decent size, had a tv and a good working shower with a little mini fridge to keep drinks and snacks cool

Cons:

I wouldn’t stay there if you want a good night sleep, the AC in the room didn’t seem to work, after going downstairs and letting them know they said they can not help and only let an engineer know the problem in the morning. I asked if they had a fan but they didn’t have one, it was really not nice for two young kids to be trying to sleep in that heat during the night. And when I was checking out the same guy who told me to leave a 5 star review didn’t ask how was your stay. Seems like they only care about getting a good review.

Lit double = 2 lits simples collés. Personnel qui comprend très mal ce qu’on leur demande. Hôtel et chambres très vieux et pas assez propre.

Comfortable stay and lovely staff
Pros:

Great location to everything Golders Green has to offer. Comfortable room that could accommodate 3 adults. The staff were lovely to deal with and accommodated us with a later checkout. Due to our flight only being later in the evening they were also happy for us to continue using the communal facilities for the rest of the day as well as offered to look after our luggage if we left the hotel to explore.
