Bien dans l’ensemble mais peut mieux faire sur certains points.
Pros:

Le personnel de l’établissement était très gentil, à l’écoute, et aux petits soins.

Cons:

Les animations. Je trouve que les heures où ils lançaient la musique n’étaient pas correct. Pour notre part, par exemple nous avions eu une excursion le 4 juin très tôt le matin et d’entendre que le personnel d’animation crie dans le micro, + la musique dans la sono qui résonne dans tout l’hôtel à 23h alors que nous voulions dormir, pas seulement pour nous mais pour d’autres familles qui essayaient de dormir. Je trouve ça très irrespectueux. Et pour ne pas améliorer les choses, la musique reprenait le lendemain matin à 10h, je trouve pas ça normal.
Du côté de la piscine, les photos sur votre page Booking et la réalité, ce n’est pas la même chose. La piscine était plus petite par rapport aux photos. Il y a plus de chaises que de transats autour de la piscine. Puis le peu de transat qu’il y avait, j’ai remarqué que certains touristes laissaient leur serviette dessus dès le matin sans qu’il y est personne d’allongé dessus pendant toute une après midi, c’est un manque de respect envers les autres clients de l’hôtel…

A szálloda alkalmazottai rendkívül segítőkészek, figyelnek a vendégekre és érezhető hogy a céljuk az, hogy mindenki minél jobban érezze magát az itt töltött idő alatt. A part kimondottan sekély vizű, így gyerekes családoknak is tökéletes, emellett már a parthoz egészen közel lehet kisebb-nagyobb korallzátonyokat találni, ahol lehet csodálni a tenger élővilágát.

A Great, Solid Stay with Wonderful Service!
Pros:

I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights, and it was a very successful and pleasant experience. While it didn't completely blow my expectations out of the water, everything was comfortable, clean, and exactly what I needed for a good stay.

​The highlight of the experience was definitely the staff. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, but I want to give a special shout-out to Mostafa at the reception. He is an amazing young man—always smiling, highly professional, and genuinely eager to make sure the guests are happy and satisfied.

​Overall, it was a smooth and successful stay. I would definitely recommend it!
