Pros:

房間空間寬敞，還有微波爐可以加熱食物使用

1.冰箱很大.
24人房可提供1雙人床2單人床.
3.市區內方便購屋.

Cons:

1.中央空調,冷氣不夠冷.
2.床墊太軟.
3.浴廁無乾濕分離.
4.停車空間不足.但有補貼100元.
5.電視頻道無第四台（三立電視台）想看頻道.

Pros:

入住第一間房一進去發現床鋪凌亂好像未整理完
與櫃檯反應很迅速的幫我換房
房間也比預期的大且寬敞
服務人員很親切
雖然沒附早餐不過櫃檯人員推薦的早餐店很好吃
下次有再去新竹會想再次入住

Cons:

設備稍嫌老舊
房內進浴室旁窗戶邊有壁癌
但也許是因為臨時換房剛好那間有點瑕疵
但簡單住一晚還能接受

體況關係忘記訂房這回事，店家5/2凌晨直接刷預訂時的卡，第一次遇到完全不跟客人電話確認入房時間的商家(通常都是刷入房時提供的卡片啊!!)。反正房費1800連住都沒住我付了。
