Aproape de stație autobuz, parcarea subterană

Cons:

Ușa stricată de la camera , apa nu se putea regla , când era prea rece când era prea fierbinte , cafea de slabă calitate , veselă murdară , mobilierul vechi și rupt , geamul spart de la camera , am stat la hoteluri de 4 stele în Istanbul care au fost cu mult peste acest hotel ,nu este un hotel de 5 stele . Nu aș mai reveni .

Fijne ervaring gehad bij golden tulip. Fijne medewerkers vooral Nilay van de gastenservice.
Pros:

De personeel is erg vriendelijk, vooral Nilay van de gasten service. Zij beantwoord alle vragen en komt iedere dag langs of alles goed gaat. Een super lieve dame die respect toont en begrip en graag helpt. Mooie hotel, sauna zwembad hamam. Heerlijke buffet. Mooie locatie.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel à Istanbul. Tout s’est très bien passé du début à la fin : l’accueil, le service, la propreté et le confort étaient au rendez-vous. L’équipe est vraiment attentionnée et agréable, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus plaisant.

Je tiens particulièrement à remercier Nilay pour sa gentillesse et sa petite attention dans ma chambre. C’était une très belle surprise, délicate et touchante, qui m’a vraiment fait plaisir. Merci Nilay pour cette adorable attention et pour votre bienveillance !

Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j’y retournerai avec grand plaisir lors de mon prochain séjour à Istanbul. Merci à toute l’équipe pour ce beau séjour !

The Nilay was awesome, he checked in daily , offering support and services. People were relaxed and friendly. The buffee was great, we enjoyed the food and drinks. Lots off options , something for everyone..

Cons:

You are not able to bring food from outside into your room , unless its not offered on their menue. The rule appears to disregard , taste and price point. The rule should be for any food to be allowed or not allowed. Its a little subjective...The outlets and the bathroom door handles should be tightened, its loose.

Cons:

AC not working and they refused to change our room. We stayed one and a half day with no AC as they just trying to fix it instead of room change.
We raised a complaint to booking and they said they couldn’t find our booking (that’s really weird from golden tulip!!)

Öncelikle tesis çok temizdi ilk gittiğim gece geç saatte uçağımız inmişti geceydi vardığımda otele ilk gece bana verilen oda ben eşim ve iki kızım için yeterli değildi ama sabahleyin ismini bir türlü hatırlayamıyorum ama keşke hatırlayıp ismini de ekleseydin bana başka büyük bir oda verdiler hem de ekstra bir ücret almadan ve bu verdikleri yeni odadan çok memnun kaldım bütün çalışanlara teşekkür ediyorum güler yüzlü olmalarıyla yardımsever olmalarından dolayı ve başarılarının devamını diliyorum

Sehr schön und nicht das letzte mal
Pros:

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Besonderer Dank an Nilay Hanim die immer wieder nach unserem Wohlbefinden gefragt hat und Ilhami bey aus dem Frühstücksraum, der sich immer super um uns und unsere Kinder gekümmert hat. Zimmer sehr sauber.

Cons:

Alles sehr gut, nur 2 Aufzüge für dieses Gebäude einfach zu wenig. Und es sollte mal wieder renoviert werden.
