A hotel with great facilities and an even better staff.
Pros:

Honestly, this hotel was a pleasant surprise. The staff was very friendly, and Nilay was always checking in on us to see how we were doing and if we needed any help. The facilities are very modern, and my daughter really enjoyed the pool. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety, and the staff was very attentive. We are already thinking about coming back.

Goed hotel
Pros:

Het hotel heeft in de ondergrondse verdieping -3 een women's only en men's only afdeling in de spa die de volgende faciliteiten omvat: een hammam, een sauna, een rust ruimte, ijs en kleedkamers. Deze faciliteiten zijn volledig inbegrepen in de prijs. Je kan wel een massage of scrubsessie bijboeken, de masseuse Gazel is heel goed in haar werk, ze is vriendelijk en goedlachs.
Ook is er een zwembad en gym met women's only hours van 12u tot 14u. Wel is er geen kleedkamer beschikbaar in de afdeling van het zwembad zelf en moet je de kleedkamer van de spa gebruiken om naar het zwembad te geraken. Je kan dus het risico lopen dat er daar een man staat.
Het hotel is vrouw- en moslimvriendelijk. Er wordt geen alcohol geserveerd en er ligt een gebedstapijt in elke kamer. Ook kan je de oproeping tot het gebed, door de lokale moskeeën, horen in je hotelkamer.
Er is airconditioning aanwezig.
Het personeel is behulpzaam en doet zijn best om ervoor te zorgen dat alles goed met je verloopt. Ze zijn gemakkelijk telefonisch of via whatsapp te bereiken.

Cons:

De gordijnen in de hotelkamer waren best stoffig. De kamers zijn ook kleiner dan hoe het lijkt op de foto's. Plus de badkamer is afgeschermd met een schuifdeur, wat ervoor zorgt dat de anderen kunnen horen wat er in de badkamer gebeurt.
Ook was ons 'city' uitzicht een constructie site.
We hadden een strijkijzer gevraagd, deze was helemaal vies en reüneerde onze kleren.
Het is ook verboden om eten van buiten mee te nemen in het hotel.
Tenslotte waren de massages die je kon bijboeken best duur. Als ik het me goed herinner, kost een massage van 50 minuten 55 euro.
