Frühstück kostet am ersten Tag 20,- € - nach Widerspruch durch meine Ehefrau restliche Tage 14.- €????
Frühstück war viel zu teuer, denn nach Butter musste man nachfragen! Service für5 Sterne nicht ausreichend!!!
Pool konnte nur mit einer Kopfbedeckung genutzt werden, die aber nicht gestellt oder gekauft werden konnte!
Lage des Hotels entfernt von allem!!!! Nur Gewerbebetriebe in der Nähe!

I would like to give your hotel a 10/10 rating. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Although we experienced a small issue with the air conditioning at first, the way your team handled the situation was outstanding. You listened to our concerns, followed up with us, and quickly found a solution by providing a new room.
I would also like to give special thanks to the staff member who assisted me and stayed in contact with me through WhatsApp. Their kindness, patience, and continuous support made a big difference and showed a high level of customer care.
The new room was excellent, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and we were very satisfied with the outcome.
