Pros:

Friendly staff. One thing I have to mention is the day before checkout they called me and asked if I will leave before breakfast time. Then they offered me a breakfast package to go and I do appreciate this action which never see before even as a frequent traveler.

Quarto amplo, limpo e confortável. Chuveiro maravilhoso e vista muito bonita, numa zona muito agradável (ficamos em um quarto de esquina). Isolamento acústico e térmico muito bom.

Cons:

Não achamos a localização tão cheia de facilidades ao redor, embora numa zona muito bonita e com fácil acesso à Recoleta durante o dia. À noite, achamos a zona um pouco menos movimentada para o turista.
O café da manhã e bem básico, poderia, ter mais variedade, considerando o tarifário do hotel.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr nettem Personal
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Bereits im Vorfeld unserer Ankunft war die Kommunikation einwandfrei. Wir kamen morgens um 2 Uhr im Hotel an und wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und vielfältig. Die Lage ist in Ordnung.

I love it
Pros:

very spacious room and nice decor. Breakfast spread is decent and the staff is very helpful.
Excellent location 20 mins car ride from the airport, 15 mins walk to Recoleta / Plaza de Mayo

Cons:

I happened to have a bad nose allergy so I needed quite some tissue paper which the room provided very minimal but not a big deal.

Pros:

Quarto e banheiro muito amplos. Chuveiro quentinho e excelente! Ótima limpeza e atendimento, sempre cordiais! O hotel fica em uma boa localização também!

Cons:

O café da manhã era repetitivo e com poucas opções salgadas. Faltou mais variedade de pães (só tinha pão de forma). Como ficamos 1 semana, aos poucos foi enjoando pois era literalmente sempre a mesma coisa. A salada de fruta era salada de maçã e todas as vezes que comemos estava “azeda” por conta da laranja utilizada. Se o café da manhã melhorar, a estadia fica perfeita! Um outro ponto que notamos é que logo no primeiro dia dormindo na cama, enfrentamos muita coceira. Pedi para trocar os lençóis e depois disso amenizou - pessoal da limpeza muito educados.

Sobrepaso las expectativas
Pros:

Ubicación perfecta y personal muy amable. La habitacion es increible y cumple totalmente con las espectativas. El sector es de lo mejor para caminar con una arquitectura de otro nivel en los alrededores. Buena experiencia. Y cuando hubo un detalle de ruidos lo solucionaron de inmediato.

Cons:

No es malo y no es que me haya gustado pero un hotel con esta ubicación y razon calidad/precio deberia ya pensar en cambiar el colchon. Está Bueno pero ya se esta deformando.
