Pros:

Le Spa, la chambre très spacieuse et très bin insonorisée, la vue sur la piscine. Avoir une douche et une baignoire. Plus particulièrement la douche de plein pied.

Cons:

De ne pas avoir parmi le personnel quelqu'un qui parle français. Ne pas avoir de navette pour l'aéroport.

Leider nur ok, statt 5 Sterne, obwohl viel Potential
Pros:

Die Hotelanlage selbst hat uns gut gefallen. Besonders der Außenbereich ist sehr schön gestaltet, der kleine Spa- und Wellnessbereich ist angenehm und alles war ausgesprochen sauber.

Cons:

Leider begann der Aufenthalt jedoch etwas unglücklich. Wir kamen ohne vorherige Reservierung, da bei Booking.com freie Kapazitäten und ein attraktiver Preis angezeigt wurden und ich gerne direkt vor Ort gebucht hätte. Auf meine Nachfrage, ob man mir diesen Preis auch direkt an der Rezeption anbieten könne, erhielt ich lediglich die Antwort, ich müsse zunächst über Booking buchen, dann könne man meine Frage beantworten. Das habe ich anschließend auch getan. Für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel empfand ich diesen Empfang als eher befremdlich. Wirklich willkommen fühlten wir uns leider nicht.

Wir hatten Halbpension mit Frühstück und Abendessen gebucht. Noch bevor wir richtig Platz genommen hatten, wurden wir darauf hingewiesen, dass Getränke – in unserem Fall lediglich Wasser und Saft – nicht inklusive seien und separat bezahlt werden müssten. Dass Getränke bei Halbpension häufig nicht enthalten sind, ist völlig in Ordnung. Die Art, wie dies kommuniziert wurde, wirkte jedoch wenig gastfreundlich und eher unprofessionell.

Das Hotel ist insgesamt gepflegt und hochwertig, allerdings fehlt aus meiner Sicht ein stimmiges Gesamtkonzept. In vielen 5-Sterne-Hotels gibt es eine einheitliche Duftsignatur, die den Aufenthalt zusätzlich aufwertet. Hier roch jeder Bereich anders. Das ist natürlich ein subjektiver Eindruck, fiel mir aber auf.

Ein weiterer Punkt sind die Aufzüge. Für einen so großen Hotelkomplex sind zwei Aufzüge schlicht zu wenig. Gerade zu Stoßzeiten wartet man teilweise sehr lange.

Etwas unglücklich fand ich außerdem den Hinweis auf den Dresscode. Wir waren sauber und elegant gekleidet und fühlten uns durch die Ansprache etwas vor den Kopf gestoßen, während andere Gäste beispielsweise in Fußballtrikots unterwegs waren. Ein Dresscode ist selbstverständlich legitim, allerdings macht auch hier der Ton die Musik. In einem Haus dieser Kategorie hätte ich mir eine etwas elegantere und situationsgerechtere Kommunikation gewünscht.

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung.

Das Zimmer hatte Meerblick und war sehr groß. Wir hatten Halbpension und waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Angebot. Wir würden alles in allem mit einer 12 von 10 bewerten, also alles tip top einfach perfekt.

Pools is really good
The location is just few minutes away from the beach and restaurants.
The local restaurant has a really good valeu/quality rate.
Staff is helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The gym is tiny, so it's hard for more than three people to be in there. They only have two elevators for the whole hotel, so waits can be long during busy times, which is bad for anyone with mobility issues. This is super specific to people in premium rooms: the fridge and snacks weren't refilled like they should've been. I had to ask the concierge, and they'd fix it right away, but it's annoying to have to send messages when you just want to chill and have your stuff ready. Also, the exclusive pool area is small and confusing. Sometimes, you'll see other guests taking the spot and people always getting kicked out because the area isn't clearly marked.
