Pros:

The hotel is excellent, with a great location and exceptionally delicious food. I have been coming here for five years now and can definitely recommend it.

Cons:

During periods of very hot weather, it would be a nice gesture from the hotel to provide at least one bottle of water per day in each room. This would not represent a significant additional cost and could easily be incorporated into the room rate.
Few years ago the hotel replaced the Bali beds with newer ones, but unfortunately they do not provide sufficient protection from the sun. As a result, guests are forced to look for and purchase their own covers or fabrics to provide shade. Since the Bali bed rental is not inexpensive, it would be a nice touch for a five-star hotel to provide matching covers for all the beds. This would not only be more convenient for guests but would also contribute to the overall aesthetics of the hotel.

Pros:

O hotel é excecional. Tem muito boas condições em tudo, quarto, piscinas, limpeza, etc. Devo destacar a qualidade da comida que é fabulosa. Já viajei para muitos sítios e fiquei em muitos hotéis e até resorts de 5 estrelas mas este foi sem duvida nenhuma o hotel com a melhor comida que encontrei.

Cons:

O único ponto menos bom eram os socorristas da piscina que eram um pouco arrogantes e até mal educados a falar para as pessoas no geral. Não se passou nada comigo mas vi algumas coisas com outros hospedes que não em agradaram.

Der Eingangsbereich, der Empfang, der Service, das Zimmer, das Essen! Fantastisch!

Cons:

Am Babybecken haben wir oft keinen Platz mehr gefunden, da die Gäste (trotz des Verbots!) Liegen reservierten. Familien mit Kindern mussten weit weg vom Babybecken Platz suchen.
