Junior Suit not worth the money!
Pros:

The Staff were amazing & The Spa was good.
The View from the room was lovely.

Cons:

We paid £340 for a night for a Junior Suit but were given a very small room which did not look like Suit. The furniture was a bit old looking for a 5* hotel. We did not have a sofa in the room as in the photos but a very small table. Food was not fresh at breakfast especially the fruits. The pool area had pigeons around..

Encore une fois, cet hôtel a pleinement répondu à nos attentes ! Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances et avons été merveilleusement bien accueillis du début à la fin.

Nous tenons particulièrement à remercier le monsieur à la réception le seul qui parlait français. Malheureusement, nous ne nous souvenons plus de son prénom, mais nous tenions absolument à le mentionner : il a été extraordinaire, d’une gentillesse et d’un professionnalisme remarquables.

Un immense merci également à Baba au restaurant. Sa gentillesse, son authenticité, sa simplicité.Très bons moments de partage.

Nous remercions également Miguel pour sa positivité chaque fois il nous accueillait avec son énergie incroyable.

Nous repartons avec de très beaux souvenirs et une seule certitude : nous reviendrons, c’est sûr !

Merci à toute l’équipe pour ces magnifiques vacances et à très bientôt !

Tolles Hotel, aber mittlerweile 2 Klassen Gesellschaft!

Das Essen ist ein Traum …ich kenne kein Hotel an der Playa de Palma, welches besseres Essen hat !

Cons:

Oben in der sky Bar darf man seinen Platz nicht mehr selbst aussuchen, die besten Plätze sind reserviert für Gäste die einen Zusatz zahlen… wir kommen seit 9 Jahren in dieses Hotel und durften nun nicht an unseren Lieblings Platz… zumal dort jeden Abend alles leer blieb !
Wir werden dieses Hotel aus diesem Grund nicht mehr buchen, sehr schade !!!

Un hôtel moderne avec tout le confort.
Pros:

J'ai beaucoup aimé cet hôtel : l'ensemble est très moderne, les chambres sont bien pensées avec tout le confort nécessaire. C'est très grand avec plusieurs piscines accessibles, et un bar au dernier étage avec des spectacles tous les soirs.

Cons:

J'ai été un peu déçu de la partie spa : les enfants y sont autorisés, et certains parents les laissent jouer sans surveillance : ce qui rend la détente plus difficile.

Grosses Hotel mit schönen Zimmern, mässigem Essen und schlechtem Service

Gute Ausstattung der Zimmer inklusive Rituals Pflegeserie.

Cons:

Das Personal war insgesamt sehr mäßig motiviert und auch nur selten freundlich, manchmal sogar ausgesprochen unfreundlich. Beim Checkout gab es keine Frage, ob es uns gefallen hat. Wichtig war die Kreditkarte. 😏

Der Zimmerservice war sehr minimalistisch, nur keinen Handschlag zuviel.

Insgesamt ist das Hotel sehr groß und es gelingt dem Management nicht, eine Wohlfühlathmosphäre herzustellen, ganz im Gegenteil, das Haus wird spürbar nicht gut geführt.

Vielleicht funktioniert das Hotel in Zusammenhang mit einem Kongress, für einen schönen Urlaub ist es eher nicht geeignet. Die Entfernung zum Strand ist zwar nicht groß, aber man kann nicht mal eben ins Meer springen.

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, aber geschmacklich nicht gut und nicht individuell. Man kann also viel essen, was nicht schmeckt. 😊

Das Gym ist sehr klein und lieblos hingestellt - für ein so großes Hotel dürfte es gern mehr sein. Gleiches gilt für den Wellnessbereich.

very modern clean hotel
Pros:

best breakfast ive seen in a hotel in a long time.selection for everyone and all fresh and well stocked and maintained

Cons:

pool area did get very crowded and difficult to get a bed as the usual carry on of towel on bed and off to do a days sightseeing while leaving the bed unoccupied
