Location, friendly staff on Saturday at check-in.

Cons:

Garbage from previous users still in room, breakfast buffet not replenished, grumpy breakfast staff, non-existent checkout staff.

We often stay there when we travel to see our son in Marquette. Gardens were beautiful, gardener wa!

Great choice for comfort and quality
Pros:

Very comfortable and spacious rooms with good facilities, great shower. Bright and welcoming public areas with super outside terrace area. Great free guest laundry and nice gym. Really nice social snack/drinks event Monday- Wednesday evening. Decent breakfast and friendly staff. Efficient housekeeping. Plenty of parking.

Cons:

Not a dislike but some might find the walk to downtown a bit far. However we did it several times using the shared use path behind the hotel and it really isn’t bad at all - still pretty close compared to most other hotels.

Loved the cleanliness. The location was great.

Cons:

Our room wouldn't stay cool enough, even when we turned down the air it seemed like it just never got cool enough, and the water pressure in the shower was not very strong at all.

Having that 2 separate bedroom suite worked out perfectly, and it was clean and well equipped
