מזעזע ולא מומלץ בכלל.

מלון מזעזע, יותר כמו אכסניה מאשר מלון. היתרון היחידי שלו זה שהוא מעבר לכביש מבית חבד ויש מכונת כביסה בחדר למי שזה חשוב לו. קיבלנו חדר עם כתמים על הריצפה ועל השידות, סתימה בכיור והברז במקלחון היה רופף מאוד והיה ממש קשה לשלוט בטמפרטורות המים, זה היה או קפוא או רותח. אומנם הם שלחו מישהו אבל זה לא באמת סודר ובסוף בעלי נאלץ לתקן את הסתימה בכיור לבד כדי שלפחות המים ירדו ולא יעמדו. לגבי הכתמים נאמר לנו על ידי צוות הנקיון שזה לא יורד. באמת לא יודעת איך נותנים לאנשים חדר שנראה ככה. במשך יומיים חיכינו וביקשו שוב ושוב שינקו לנו את החדר ויחליפו מצעים, באחת הפעמים בקבלה אפילו אמרו לי במילים האלו - אני אבקש אבל אני לא יודע אם הן יבואו כי הן מאוד עמוסות. בזיון. בסוף הגיעו ורק החליפו מגבות ושמו נייר טואלט. רק אחרי בקשות נוספות שלנו יום למחרת החליפו לנו גם מצעים. בנוסף לכל זה המלון רחוק מרחק הליכה של מינימום 25 דק הליכה מהשדרה המרכזית, הים וכל האטרקציה באזור. בחום והלחות של מיאמי זה לא באמת אפשרי ללכת את זה ברגל יום יום. בקיצור מלון זוועה ואנחנו באמת לא ממליצים.

Unless you can accept intrusion in your belongings, run away.

location and nice small building- need some renovation but overall correct

Cons:

Management reaction about an employee who stole money in our bags. The management did not believe us. We just got a basket of sweets. The manager did not take any responsibilty about his team. This never ever happened to me in a hotel. How can we trust the employee if your bag is searched during the day when you are out. I noticed with 1000% certainty, that money was stolen but how can we be sure that cloths for exemple were not also stolen? Unless you can accept this potential intrusion in your belongings, run away.

I am extremely disappointed and angry about what happened during our stay. A member of staff entered our room, went through our personal belongings, and a sum of money disappeared from a bag.

What makes the situation even more unacceptable is the way the hotel handled our complaint. Not only was the incident not dealt with properly, but the hotel clearly did not believe us and made us feel as though our word was being questioned.

I travel regularly and have stayed in hotels all over the world, and I have never experienced anything like this before.

The room rate initially seemed perfectly reasonable. However, once you add the amount of money that disappeared from our belongings, the actual cost of the night becomes considerably more expensive.

If other guests have had a similar experience at this hotel, I strongly encourage them to share it. Incidents like this should not be ignored, and the way the hotel responded to our complaint is simply unacceptable.

A completely unacceptable experience, both because of the missing money and because of the way the hotel handled the situation afterwards.

Pros:

The room was a good choice, location was great, was able to walk or ride bikes to most places. It was only 7 mins from the beach when we use uber

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was there wasn't a place near the bed to charge your phone, but lucky i had a 10ft charger so it reached to the bed.
