Quiet & super comfortable apartment.
Pros:

We asked for the same apartment we stayed in April,if available, and we were so happy that it was waiting for us! The pool was perfect. It is a really quiet building and neighborhood. Special mention for the housekeeping staff, so kind and professional, and the front desk personnel. Thank you Rob and the team.!

Lower average to poor - really out on a limb in South Beach
Pros:

Not a great deal - very far out of town - super small room.

Cons:

Shower leaked and flooded room every time. AC had a mind of its own and switched off a lot.
Some staff members didn’t speak English and couldn’t understand coffee or water.

It was a ok stay, it was a very basic room but it met our needs.
Pros:

The location is great, walking distance to Lincoln Road for shopping and dining. Valet was always prompt in bringing the car,

Great hotel within walking distance of Ocean drive but also far enough away that it was quiet and relaxing

Cons:

The TV’s in both the living area and the bedroom weren’t working.
Tried to call down to reception to get this sorted and ended up through to an automated system and they never got fixed.
