Solidni hotel na Mallorce
Pros:

nabízí moderní, prostorné a čisté pokoje. Je poměrně velký, ale i přesto nebyl během dne problém najít volná lehátka u bazénu. Personál byl po celou dobu velmi milý a ochotný.

Snídaně i večeře nabízejí slušný výběr. Nečekejte žádné kulinářské zážitky, ale každý si určitě vybere a jídlo neurazí.

Velkým plusem je také servis v den odjezdu. Bez problémů jsme si mohli uschovat kufry, celý den využívat bazén a následně se ve wellness osprchovat, převléknout a pohodlně připravit na cestu domů. To jsme opravdu ocenili.

Cons:

Největším problémem byly výtahy. Několikrát jsme čekali i kolem 10 minut, což je u tak velkého hotelu opravdu nepříjemné.

Během pobytu nám nefungovala televize. To se samozřejmě může stát, takže to nepovažuji za zásadní problém.

Velkým zklamáním byla restaurace u bazénu. Fotky jídel v menu vypadají skvěle, ale realita je bohužel úplně jiná. Jídlo bylo podprůměrné a rozhodně neodpovídalo tomu, co restaurace prezentuje.

Také bych vytkl čistotu nádobí v hlavní restauraci. Talíře i příbory byly při snídaních a večeřích častěji špinavé, než bych u čtyřhvězdičkového hotelu očekával. Nebyl to zásadní problém, ale zbytečně to kazilo celkový dojem.

Belle découverte
Pros:

Le fait d'être surclassé nous a donné droit à une plus grande chambre. Le service de chambre était très bien et ceci très trop dans la journée. Très bons déjeuners et soupers.

Cons:

La télévision fonctionnait au maximum 5 minutes et on avait un écran bleu ou noir suivant ses envies. On a plusieurs fois la remarque pour dire que la TV était HS mais sans succès !

Sehr schönes Hotel
Pros:

Wir waren nun bereits zum dritten Mal für acht Tage im Hipotel Gran Playa (4*) und waren auch dieses Mal mit vielen Dingen sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel überzeugt mit sehr gutem Service, freundlichem Personal, schönen Zimmern und einem hervorragenden Essen. Daran gibt es aus unserer Sicht nichts auszusetzen.

Cons:

Was unseren Aufenthalt allerdings deutlich weniger angenehm gemacht hat, sind die inzwischen sehr strengen Regeln im Poolbereich. Ballspiele sind grundsätzlich verboten, Luftmatratzen ebenfalls und insgesamt wird sehr konsequent darauf geachtet, dass sämtliche Vorgaben eingehalten werden. Natürlich verstehen wir, dass Regeln für ein gutes Miteinander notwendig sind. Unser Eindruck war jedoch, dass hier inzwischen eher Verbote als Eigenverantwortung im Vordergrund stehen.

Wir haben uns darüber auch mit anderen Hotelgästen unterhalten und hatten den Eindruck, dass wir mit dieser Wahrnehmung nicht allein waren. Die vielen Regeln und die häufigen Hinweise des Personals nehmen der Poolatmosphäre ein Stück weit die Leichtigkeit, die man sich im Urlaub wünscht. Wir würden uns wünschen, den Gästen etwas mehr Vertrauen entgegenzubringen und nur dann einzugreifen, wenn sich tatsächlich jemand gestört fühlt.

Das Hotel bleibt insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert und gehört qualitativ zu den besten, die wir auf Mallorca besucht haben. Schade ist nur, dass die Vielzahl an Regeln dem Urlaub für uns etwas von seiner Unbeschwertheit genommen hat. Aus diesem Grund wird es für uns vermutlich der letzte Aufenthalt gewesen sein – nicht wegen des Hotels an sich, sondern wegen der aus unserer Sicht inzwischen zu reglementierten Atmosphäre.

Traumhaft, im Hipotel ist Erholung vorprogrammiert, wirklich traumhaft

Pros:

Beim Check-in gab es schon einen Begrüßungssekt, alle an derRezeption waren sehr freundlich.
Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und alles was das Herz begehrte, war dabei.
Der Kaffee dauerte etwas länger, da es nur einen Kaffeeautomaten gab und die Kellner nicht hinterherkamen mit bedienen.
Pool's waren sehr schön. Es gab einen Adults-Only-Pool, da wurde auch sehr darauf geachtet, dass dort keine Kinder schwimmen. Der Infinity-Pool auf dem Dach war auch fanatastisch, daneben ist eine kleine Bar, wo es auch jederzeit Getränke gibt. Das Restaurant am Adults-Only-Pool war auch sehr gut, unsere Salate sowie Sandwiches waren sehr geschmackvoll angerichtet und es sehr lecker.

Pierwszy raz spotkałem się w hotelu w którym pokoje mają łazienkę która ma duże okno na pokój i jest możliwość zasłonięcia widoku z łazienki zwykła roleta jak ktoś chce więcej intymności podczas wieczornej toalety to może byc trochę krępujące

Pros:

Das Zimmer(Juniorsuite),die großzügig Lobby,die Gartenanlage und die stets freundlich en Mitarbeiter.

Cons:

Das der Zugang von der Poolanlage in Richtung Strand verschlossen wurde und man immer den viel weiteren Umweg durch das Hotel nehmen musste,um an den Strand zugelangen.
