Kids Definition.Defined as 12 and under. 12 years and 364 days is 12 and under. 13 years and 1 day is an adult.
Kids Stay Free. Kids stay free in existing bedding. There is no charge for any child 12 and under using existing bedding and linen. if anyone needs extra bedding ie a rollaway, we charge for it. It doesnt matter if they are 12 or 50 years old, extra bedding is charged, the policy is 12 and under using existing bedding is free.
Kids eat free. Kids eat free with a paying adult. One adult means one child eats free. Any other child is charged at the child menu rate or if no childrens menu then a la carte rate. Children who eat free must order off a childs menu (so you need a childs menu to have this in place. Buffet breakfast kids eat off the buffet same as adults).
Pet Policy. $150 per stay, maximum weight of pets is 20 kilograms. Its standardized to $150 a pet per stay. Maximum 2 pets per stay, charge is $150 a pet. Standardized across our hotels because thats a brand.
$100 room cleaning deposit per stay. All cash/credit card stays are charged on arrival preauthorisation for their accommodations plus $100 per stay cleaning/mini-bar fee. The $100 is refunded at the end of the stay if not required.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Great studio with a fabulous city view, staff excellent, friendly and helpful
Room 601 -Nasty stain on the carpet, side light broken, no apps available on the television so poor entertainment.The Fan in the bathroom is not working so the back of the bathroom door is starting to suffer from moisture.

It had a good city view and the balcony was very cute
I had to drive all the way to level 5 for parking. But the elevator was good way to go faster to our room.
Also TV didn't work, I wish it could already have access to YouTube etc but we had to connect to wifi to get in but only worked once and TV stayed off
And bond money was $200.. and ended up getting only $86 back?? when there was no mess and everything was clean. And that $200 seperate from the hotel payment is annoying

Extra cost need to be stated clearly on the booking.com page BEFORE you book. Not in hidden drop boxes, wasn't very happy with payment for bond was told it would be refunded at check out only to check out and than told 10-14 business days. Make sure to read everything before booking.
Staff and the size of the suite.
A thoroughly pleasant experience. The property is well-maintained, but what truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. In particular, Raghu, the manager at reception, provided exemplary hospitality. His attentiveness, professionalism, and courteous attitude made a huge positive impression on our stay. Thank you, Raghu, and the team!
The breakfast options provided were good and enjoyable overall. One area that could make the offering even better would be to include more protein-rich options, providing greater variety and a more balanced breakfast.
