An Absolute perfection of a stay
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at New Royal Mount Hotel, Nuwara Eliya. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location is convenient, with beautiful views and easy access to nearby attractions and the overall service exceeded our expectations. Great value for money, and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nuwara Eliya. We would definitely stay here again!

It’s cheap and best for short stay
Pros:

View is wonderful but the service was kinda slow like there was no water bottles and kettle and coffee , tea bags and tea cup

Absolutely lovely staff, so helpful and thoughtful. Nice big room with comfy beds and nice view. Good to be out of the centre of town with the traffic but easy to walk / tuk tuk into town too. Good to be able to use the kitchen too. Good value for money. Would definitely stay again if we were back.

Großes Zimmer, kleines Bad. Allerdings sehr freundliches Personal. Nicht ganz im Zentrum, fußläufig 15-20 Minuten. Preis-Leistung top, Frühstück theoretisch für 1500LKR verfügbar

Sehr kleines Badezimmer, Dusche fast im Klo, WLAN sehr langsam

One of the best stays in Nuwaraeliya
Pros:

The rooms are so clean and the beds are comfortable and warm. You can make tea/coffee in the shared kitchen. Each room has a television. The balcony provides a scenic view of nuwaraeliya town, including race course , gregory lake, and mountains, etc. The manager is so helpful and friendly. Parking is available

Cons:

Bathroom facilities can be improved. But they are clean.

Great Stay at New Royal Mount Hotel!

We had a fantastic experience at New Royal Mount Hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. The room was warm and cozy, and the carpeted floor kept the cold away, which was a great touch.

We stayed in a shared balcony room, and it was really good! The balcony view was beautiful, perfect for relaxing. They also had hot water available, which was very convenient. Parking was hassle-free, and the hotel truly offers great value for money. Even though we arrived late, the staff was understanding and accommodating, making check-in smooth. Definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay!
