Pros:

Contemporary, historical, and luxury hotels. Room was very comfortable. Walking to most tourist hot spots and railway station. Breakfast was nice and variety of food choices

Unser Zimmer war ziemlich eng. Es gab keinen Schrank zum Aufhängen der Kleidung. Nur diverse Haken. Der Zimmerservice hat uns mit einer zusätzlichen Kofferbank und Kleiderbügeln geholfen.

الموقع جيد نسبياً لقربه من السنتر

الفندق ضيق جداً ، لايوجد مواقف خاصه بالفندق. الثيم او الديكور حقه غريب جداً لدرجة ان الغرف جدرانها مكسره ومشخبط عليها كنوع من الفن مع اني اشوفه منظر مقزز وبصراحة الفندق غالي و لايستحق سعره

Although there was a fan provided which proved adequate, I couldn’t help but think how would it be to stay there without air conditioning in the rooms.

Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location perfect- walking distance to old town . Best breakfast we had in Switzerland! The building itself is interesting too!

Cons:

Our room was on the first floor and the window was on a shared porch …at night I didn’t feel comfortable leaving the door to the porch open to get fresh air

Great hotel with boutique feel
Pros:

Nice views of the city Musegg wall towes from the balcony, table and chairs provided. Great for smoking without leaving the hotel and a lovely place to have a drink.

Nicely decorated hotel, with quirky design features and art. Some areas had industrial feel with pipes and unplastered walls giving an urban feel.

Two separate quilts a good idea, which seemed to be common in Switzerland.

Great breakfast selection, with hot choices available scrambled egg, bacon and shakshuka. Good meat and cheese choices, fruit, cereals and pastries.

Friendly staff, who provided the loan of a plug adaptor for our 3 night stay and advice on bus locations.

Good city map provided on arrival as well as a free public transport card for Lucerne.

Cons:

Thin pillows, which seem to be a common feature in Switzerland.
