BUYER BEWARE:

Excellent stay! Clean, comfortable, and highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Pros:

The property was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The self check-in process was easy and convenient. The location was excellent, close to restaurants, public transportation, and tourist attractions. The room was quiet, and the rooftop was a great place to relax. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Pros:

We loved the location. It was very close to everything including the beach.
We didn't have to talk to anyone so we just got in really fast.

Cons:

*BEWARE* We had no idea the hotel was under renovation, we only find out once we finished closing the reservation and there was no way to cancel.

Once we got there and realized there is no connection between what we saw on the photos and the actual situation; the entire room felt under construction, the drapes did not conceal the sunlight in the morning, all around us were noises of drilling, crooked iron and airplanes.
We've also encountered a sleeping homeless when we got back to the hotel during the night.
There is no elevator so we had to climb 3 floors on the staircase.

There is no phone, only a whatsapp number which can't speak Hebrew and answers rarely.

After contacting the owner via Whatsapp he mentioned it's our fault that we didn't see his message about the renovation after we closed the reservation, and was willing to offer a discount for our next stay , which will obviously never happen.

Not to mention the deserted houses around the complex, which are not his fault - yet they are the view you get from the windows.

And the roof? Amazing photos. Most of them can't happen today due to the renovation.

זאת הפעם השנייה שאני וחברות מגיעות לשם ללילה, זה בול המקום למי שרוצה להגיע לבלות קצת בעיר ולשים את הראש במקום נוח וטוב. מיקום פצצה, קרוב לפארק המסילה, תדר רוטשילד וכו. המענה והשירות בוואטסאפ 10\10 ! זה ללא ספק מקום שנחזור אליו :)

Quite spot in a busy area
Pros:

Rena's is a lovely ace right at the beating heart of TLV centre. The street itself turns into one big bar at 18:00, so you'll have to find a different parking.
Behind the hostel the Mesila park is another good stretch of places to stroll, sit and enjoy

Cons:

The 2nd floor is under renovation so check that out if it may disturb you. (It was OK for us)

הטעיית הצרכן, לא אותן דירות מהתמונות

ההיתרון היחידי פה הוא המיקום, ממש על פארק המסילה, הנחלה רוטשילד

Cons:

קודם כל לא קיבלנו את החדר שהזמנו בתמונות,
ושניגשתי לברר קיבלתי תשובה שכל הדירות בשיפוצים ולא נראות כמו בתמונה.
יש לציין שהבחור הצעיר שנכח היה נעים ונחמד ממש התנצל ואמר שאני צודקת אבל אין לו מה לעשות עם זה, לא קיבלנו שום החזר כספי או נסיון לפתור את הסיטואציה
והבחורה שהייתה שם ענתה לי שרק אם אני מזמינה בAirbnb אז אני מקבלת את מה שתמונה, ואם הזמנתי בבוקינג אז לא סליחה?!? מה הקשר??? אני אוכלת חטיף שרשום עליו ״להמחשה בלבד״ ? מזה השטות הזו,
קיבלנו חדר שונה לחלוטין.
יש לציין שראיתי שיערות לא שלנו על המיטות, המנורה במטבחון הייתה שרופה, הרגלים של מיטת העץ הזולה שבורות באתי להכנס למיטה והרגל פשוט נפלה והייתי צריכה להחזיר אותה למקום לבד לפרוטוקול ישנו על מיטה חצי שבורה ורק בבוקר הבנתי שזה ניתן להזזה מפני שבדקתי שחלילה לא יחייבו אותי סתם.
בכל אופן אם לא מפריע לכם משהו במחיר סביר ללילה כדי לישון במרכז תל אביב מהמם, מעבר לכך לא מומלץ בכלל

סה"כ נחמד מאוד לשהות ללינה, נוח, מרכזי.
Pros:

המיקום והבידוד של החלונות. גודל החדר.

Cons:

במקרר היו בקבוקים שהשאירו הלקוחות הקודמים, המקרר מאוד ישן, היה עדיף חדש ואפילו קטן יותר. ולשים איזשהו מפיץ ריח בחדר.
יש צורך לשים מספרים על דלתות החדרים או לידם, המפה לא מספיקה.
