Unlimited access to our Wellness facilities which includes the gym, sauna, steam room, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, spa treatments.

For nonrefundable bookings, guests are required to present the same card that was used to make the reservation on check-in.

Fantastic experience
Pros:

My stay at Montcalm Royal London House was very good and extremely comfortable. The entire hotel team was warm, helpful, and kind, and special thanks to Jolo at check-in for such a friendly and welcoming start to the stay.

El hotel perfecto para estar en Londres!
Pros:

Todo era súper bien! El desayuno fue espectacular, bien variado y preparado. Estuvimos segunda vez en este hotel y cada vez pensamos que volveremos de nuevo! El personal fue también muy amable y atento. Todo era 10 de 10!

Pros:

Iman was so helpful and friendly with arranging my birthday surpise- the whole expereince was phenominal from the room service to the views to the super helpful and supportive staff ! i felt ar home but u was only there for 2 days deluxe king room great heated floor was nice to walk into the morning bathroom. Iman checked in on me, the time I went the spa was quiet and not huge either. such fun local to many spots in london.

Fantastic hotel made extra special by staff
Pros:

We received such special care and attention at the Montcalm royal London. My husband and I stayed for one night to celebrate our 25 year wedding anniversary. When we checked in we were greeted warmly by Myroslava who told us where to find every thing and wished us a happy anniversary.

As we settled into our room there was a knock at the door and champagne was delivered to help with our celebrations. It was a really lovely gesture and so welcome.

The rest of the stay was a delight. Comfortable bed, fantastic buffet breakfast and great facilities, the pool and the sauna were favourites! We are already planning our return.
Many thanks specifically to Mytoslava and Mihir who helped to make our limited time away really special.

Superb stay especially being looked after by Sahil !
Pros:

Absolutely superb stay here for the weekend . Spa facilities are great and the breakfast was lovely. We were looked after by the best front of house staff I have ever had the pleasure of being served by . Sahil went above and beyond in looking after us . Nothing was too much trouble and he was so friendly and professional as well . Myroslava was very good as well . I cannot recommend this hotel here highly enough

Overall I would recommend and would stay here again

Great location, very clean, excellent staff, very kindly catered to special requests

Cons:

The only negative was that we were unable to attend the bar on the first night as it was closed for a private party and the next day & night there was a function on the rooftop that required ticket access. It was a bit disappointing that all facilities were not available to guests
