This was our second stay at Montcalm Royal London House and it certainly won't be our last! We love everything about this hotel - the location is beautiful, every team member we've encountered has been so friendly and helpful and the atmosphere in general is always so lovely. It was my partners birthday and the guest experience were so friendly and accommodating even though my request was very last minute! Special shout out to Divine -she was so helpful and the decorations in the room were perfect she really brought the vision to life. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much to everyone at the hotel who made our time special ! :)

Nothing! If I had to be really picky, the restaurant breakfast area could do with some blinds to block the sun.
Servies Personal waren sehr zuvor kommen .Die Speisen bleiben in guter Erinnerung .Die Lage war optimal inder nähe der U-Bahn.Das Fühstück war sehr gut.
An den ersten zwei Tagen war die Klimaanlage im Zimmer defekt.Es wurde ein zusätzlicher Lüfter bereitgestellt Da sich das Fenster nicht öffnen ließ ,hatten wir trotzdem Temperaturen von 30 C im Zimmer.Zusätzliche Geränke wurden nicht bereitgestellt .Nachschlaf unmöglich.Erst nach massiver Nachfrage wurde uns ein Zimmerwechsel gewärt.Auch ein Preisnachlass gab es nicht.
Die Hotelangestellten waren sehr Feundlich .
We had a lovely stay at the hotel for one night. The service was excellent and breakfast very good with lots of choice. The rooftop bar was a highlight serving cocktails with great views.
Divine was a wonderful host and helped my husband make it a special stay for our anniversary by decorating our room and leaving wine and a little cake for us to enjoy. Thank you for a great stay.

Rooftop bar was packed and we had to wait 30 mins, even though we had prebooked a table the week before.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. The rooms are stunning, bathroom is fab, everything you need right down to great quality shower wash etc. The towels/face clothes are amazing quality. The bed was super comfy. Fresh milk in the fridge for your tea/coffee which is a rarity these days. Even had a steamer which was so handy. The room was spotless, super super clean. The breakfast was absolutely gorgeous, so much to choose from and just delicious 😋. The spa and pool facilities were also fantastic. They even had fresh fruit provided at reception if you needed a snack. In the evening time also at reception they had refreshing cocktails made up, I of course tried one, was delicious 😋. Everyone of the staff were extremely friendly and couldn't have been more helpful, in every area of the hotel. We absolutely loved our stay and would 100% go back x

From the moment we turned up to the moment we left we had a very exceptional experience. I don't write reviews but I have to say that the hotel was impeccable. When we arrived we were too early for our room so, we left our luggage with the team and headed out. On arrival we were told we had been chosen as the guest of the day with a room upgrade and complimentary breakfast as well as a lovely bottle of wine and fruit. What an absolute amazing start to our weekend away to celebrate my partners birthday. I want to thank all the team for a lovely stay and has left a lovely memory for us to cherish. We will definitely be back
My partner and I celebrated our 3 years here at the Montcalm Royal London House. When booking, I mentioned in the notes section that we were staying there for our 3rd anniversary. Within minutes, I received a message from the very polite and friendly Iman, who told me about the packages they offered to make this anniversary very special, which exceeded my expectations. On the day, we arrived slightly earlier than check-in so that we could leave our bags and explore the city, and were met by one of the lovely gentlemen at the reception desk(I didn't catch his name unfortunately), who confirmed our room was all ready for us, which we were surprised by but happy to hear. We were met with a wonderfully decorated room from the package I had chosen, a nice view, and amazing amenities. The room size was perfect, and the bed was so comfy. Iman had also left a lovely letter, and there was a delicious red velvet cake with a happy anniversary sign on it. A big thank you to him and all of the staff who made our stay feel so special.
