For nonrefundable bookings, guests are required to present the same card that was used to make the reservation on check-in.

We had a wonderful stay at Montcalm Royal London House and staff members Iman and Divine went over and above to make our stay truly memorable and special for my teenage son’s birthday and first time in London. We were selected as ‘guests of the day’, our room was upgraded and we were given late checkout and breakfast, as well as some wonderful treats in the room including balloons and cake. My son was blown away and felt like a king. Big thanks to all of the team who made it happen. We will definitely be staying in a Montcalm hotel on our next city break. The spa at this one is a real treat too after a busy day in the city and the rooftop terrace and restaurant is stunning. Thank you!
This was our fourth trip back to this hotel and it gets better everytime. We had a beautiful fruit salad, a kind note and a bottle of Prosecco waiting in our room. The breakfast was the best breakfast I’ve ever had, the newly revamped spa is amazing, the staff are kind and caring and the whole experience is exceptional. We will be returning a few times this year. Thank you Montcalm and we can’t wait to come back. I’d also like to add they take your luggage to your room for you, courtesy call to make sure everything is okay and honestly can say everytime I come to London I will be staying here!

The control panel touchscreen for lights / AC is useless , I had to call the reception to adjust my AC from central and it didn’t even work
All of it, 4th time coming and 10/10 again. Staff are amazing, room was unbelievable. We was guest of the day so we got a lovely bottle of Prosecco, note and fruit platter! I will be staying here again. The new sauna is clean and lovely, the beds so comfy. Breakfast is the nicest breakfast I’ve ever had!

Superb service levels, excellent room fully serviced. I could not find fault though the pool is not long enough to swim for adults.

My brother and I had an excellent stay at the Montcalm Royal London House and would definitely come back.
The staff were particularly friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. They kindly allowed us a late check-out on our last day, which we really appreciated.
The hotel was spotless and our room was cleaned impeccably every day. The room itself was very comfortable and extremely well equipped, with thoughtful details such as a portable clothes steamer.
The location is excellent for exploring London, with very good transport connections nearby. We also really enjoyed the wellness area with the swimming pool and jacuzzi, which is included in the stay and was perfect for relaxing after a long day in the city.
Overall, the value for money was excellent considering the location, quality of the hotel, facilities and level of service. Everything met our expectations and we would have no hesitation staying here again.
The only minor issue was the fridge in the room, which did not get cold enough to properly chill drinks. However, whenever we asked the staff for ice, it was delivered to our room very quickly, so this was only a small inconvenience.
We had an amazing stay at the Montcalm Royal London House celebrating our anniversary! ❤️ The room was comfortable, beautifully presented, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The breakfast was also fantastic, with a great selection to start the day.
A special thank you to Iman and Raissa, who truly went above and beyond and made our stay extra special. Their warm and attentive service really made a difference and helped make our anniversary even more memorable.

Loved this hotel. First, the staff were all lovely. Everyone, holding doors, making conversation, smiling. Second, room welcoming was great. Third, roof terrace breakfast delicious.
Minor - I got to the roof terrace at night late. Would've loved to have just had a look out for a couple minutes at the view - didn't need to drink.
