The hotel is located in an excellent location with easy access to public transport, making it an ideal base.

The property was very clean and there were several areas to enjoy
Checking in was late, I was “upgraded” to a junior suite but the pull out bed option was super uncomfortable and would have rather had my original booking also when the bar area was being shut down the night manager was extremely rude to guests and clapping in their faces to leave. No one was trying to stay she was extremely rude to paying guests and treated every guest in the bar area like a child all other staff was excellent and kind

Everything about it was positive! Staff helpful and friendly. A clean spacious room with fantastic air conditioning. Great breakfast. Reception staff very helpful. Location was good. Tube station within walking distance. Shops, markets , bars and restaurants within walking distance.
We were unable to get a table at the roof top bar on 2 occasions. The first time was ever so busy with non residents having made bookings therefore hotel guests had no room to sit ! Apparently hotel guests don’t have priority as it is run independently. 2nd attempt to sit at the roof top bar was again impossible as there was a yoga class going on! This was disappointing as the reason this hotel appealed to us was for being able to sit on the roof top on a lovely summers day/evening.
