Unlimited access to our Wellness facilities which includes the gym, sauna, steam room, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, spa treatments.

For nonrefundable bookings, guests are required to present the same card that was used to make the reservation on check-in.

Great roof top average hotel
Pros:

Amazing roof top views, but very poor hotel room views!

Cons:

Hotel room views, dates and dirty curtains, some building work going on which we where not made aware of

Great location, fine stay.
Pros:

Great location, awesome breakfast.

Cons:

The touchscreen in the room for lightcontrols cannot be dimmed, resulting in a beam of light in the room all night. Nevertheless, fine rooms, but for a 5* location this should be fixed.

Unable to get response from the team
Cons:

Couldn’t get through to the property, emailed multiple times, tried calling kept getting put on hold or being told the right person isn’t working to help. Keep not responding to their booking.com messages and just saying to email them when they don’t answer very upset used to use them alot for work but will be going somewhere else in future.

Very disappointed
Pros:

Bed was comfy. Pool & sauna refreshinf

Cons:

Staff booked a taxi which never showed up so we missed Soccer Aid.

Music was so loud very late kept us awake

No parking at the hotel - £110 fine

Pros:

Staff were wonderful and friendly. Room very comfortable and spotless. Would highly recommend to my friends. The Aviary food excellent and bar staff were fast with drink orders the service i cannot find any faults. Exellent stay top marks.
