El hotel cuenta con unos espacios muy agradables y muy bien pensados. La atención de Ximena y todo su equipo fue fantástica. Demasiado serviciales y atentos.

El personal es muy atento y cálido, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y hacerlo sentir lo más cómodo posible. El desayuno es muy rico, y para los gustos de todos. Las habitaciones tienen un diseño y arquitectura muy bonita, con muchos detalles especiales. En general el hotel está impecable, las áreas verdes, la estructura y las instalaciones mantenidas al detalle como un hotel de lujo.

A truly beautiful place to stay in Villa de Leyva. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed, from the peaceful gardens to the charming décor throughout the property. The room was spotless, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and we slept wonderfully. Breakfast was one of the highlights: not only delicious, but also beautifully presented. Ximena gave us a very warm welcome via WhatsApp before our arrival and was kind and helpful throughout. While she was away, Francisco and Tomás took wonderful care of us. They made us feel incredibly welcome and were always attentive, kind and happy to help with recommendations. Their hospitality made our stay even more special.
We would happily return and highly recommend Casa Terra to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable stay.

La atención de los propietarios y equipo muy buenos, amena charla, las instalaciones muy cuidadas, mucho detalle en la Casa, totalmente recomendados.
No encuentro ningún aspecto a mejorar del servicio, atención e instalaciones. Un buen sitio para descansar y desconectar con muy bonitos jardines.

De resaltar la ubicacion, y la casa es hermosa.
La habitación demasiado pequeña, no tienen servicios adicionales en el hotel en áreas comunes como chimenea, fogatas, En el salón de tv no servia la transmisión y queriamos ver el mundial. Mi esposo estaba de cumpleaños y no tenian decoración la pedi de extra pero no tenian nada solo en el desayuno un par de bombas. la cama super dura amanecí con dolor de cuello y la verdad poco amable el servicio. el baño es diminuto y antiguo sin ningun servicio especial.
Instalaciones muy bonitas y bien mantenidas. Todo el personal de servicio del hotel, siempre dispuesto a prestar una atención amable, a todos tus requerimientos.
This hotel was incredible! The staff were so welcoming and attentive, the breakfast was delicious and the hotel was beautiful. It was close enough to the square to walk to but far enough away that it was peaceful and quiet. 10 out of 10!!
