Ximena, Tomas y Francisco se esmeran por atenderte. Todo estuvo de maravilla, tomar el desayuno en el jardín es maravilloso.

This place definitely deserves a 10!!
The place is beautiful and so charming, very well decorated and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Rooms have a pillow menu with 3 different options per person (which is quite rare to find) and a very comfortable mattress. They even have a bath robe for those who like it.
The location is great, just a few minutes away from the center of Villa de Lleyva yet in a very calm street; you’ll hear the birds sing in the morning. It is also a ~5min walk to the bus station.
The attention to details in UNBELIEVABLE: any request or question will be answered. Ximena (the host) is a true gem of hospitality: we had an issue with the rest of our trip due to the earthquake and she spent a few hours sitting with us and trying to find solutions. She is genuinely willing to help. You can be reassured that if you encounter an issue on your trip or need advice Ximena will be able to help you.
Attention to details also comes at breakfast (super fresh with local products) and at any time of the day from the staff, including Tomas who was so helpful and so kind. He tried his best best to make sure we were having a good time (he even tied our laundry after it was washed!).
If you’re looking to relax in a nice and chic setting, don’t hesitate to book.

El hotel cuenta con unos espacios muy agradables y muy bien pensados. La atención de Ximena y todo su equipo fue fantástica. Demasiado serviciales y atentos.
Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, limpias, y se logra descansar muy bien.

El personal es muy atento y cálido, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y hacerlo sentir lo más cómodo posible. El desayuno es muy rico, y para los gustos de todos. Las habitaciones tienen un diseño y arquitectura muy bonita, con muchos detalles especiales. En general el hotel está impecable, las áreas verdes, la estructura y las instalaciones mantenidas al detalle como un hotel de lujo.

A truly beautiful place to stay in Villa de Leyva. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed, from the peaceful gardens to the charming décor throughout the property. The room was spotless, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and we slept wonderfully. Breakfast was one of the highlights: not only delicious, but also beautifully presented. Ximena gave us a very warm welcome via WhatsApp before our arrival and was kind and helpful throughout. While she was away, Francisco and Tomás took wonderful care of us. They made us feel incredibly welcome and were always attentive, kind and happy to help with recommendations. Their hospitality made our stay even more special.
We would happily return and highly recommend Casa Terra to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable stay.
