Pros:

Super location, close to the quartier des spectacles and shoet walk to the quai. Motel is easy to access and the valet parking is a bonus!

Very disappointing stay. I would not recommend this hotel.
The air conditioning wasn't working in the lobby, and it wasn't working in our room either. After calling the front desk three times, we were finally moved to another room.
Unfortunately, the room, hallway, and bathroom were not clean, and there was a strong damp, musty carpet smell throughout the hotel. The overall condition of the hotel did not match my expectations for a Best Western Plus.
The lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, and the inconvenience of having to change rooms made this a very frustrating experience. I definitely would not stay here again.

Good location with parking
Pros:

Friendly helpful staff on check in. Valet parking was perfect for our needs. Comfortable bed with good shower. Drinks available in the lobby. Good location. Clean room.

Cons:

Everything was dark decor and a little run down however all clean and functional.

Great Stay!
Pros:

Our visit to this hotel was great. The room was comfortable, clean and very bright due to the floor to roof windows. No issues with anything in the room. Staff were helpful. Location is excellent, close to all the popular sites and activities with numerous restaurants close by.

Die zentrale Lage.

Cons:

Der soziale Brennpunkt sieht man deutlich in den ganzen Nebenstraßen, wobei das Hotel nichts dafür kann! Viele Drogenabhängige.

Cons:

J’ai avisé le personnel que la température de la douche était extrêmement difficile à ajuster. Aussi, le tuyau de la douche téléphone fuyait de partout. Le personnel n’a pas eu l’air à prendre de notes ou intéressé à régler le problème.

Die gossen betten

Cons:

Die Lage. Im Umfeld waren sehr viele Obdachlose, die betteltet und Drogen konsumierten. Die frühstücksauswahl bestand auch Toast, Muffins und Ähnlichem „Fastfood“, was auch Pappgeschirr serviert wird.
