L’hotel non è stato all’altezza delle aspettative

Il personale non è attento. La cosa più grave è successa al check out, quando abbiamo lasciato i bagagli in deposito: i nostri bagagli sono stati messi in uno stanzino accanto alla reception, che al nostro rientro abbiamo trovato con porta aperta e chiavi inserite nella serratura. Inoltre lo staff non ci ha nemmeno chiesto i foglietti su cui erano scritti i numeri per il ritiro dei bagagli, quindi chiunque avrebbe potuto prenderli. Cose del genere non devono succedere in un hotel.
Inoltre, all’ingresso dell’hotel un senzatetto ci ha minacciati per avere una sigaretta e si è piazzato davanti alla porta per impedirci di entrare. Ci abbiamo messo diverso tempo a mandarlo via e nel frattempo, al di là delle porte a vetri dell’hotel, abbiamo visto che lo staff (composto da uomini in quel momento) si era accorto, ma è rimasto a guardare senza nemmeno provare ad aiutarci.

Good location but mediocre hotel
Pros:

The location of the hotel is very good, it is close to the Saint-Laurent metro station.

Cons:

The lights in the hotel room were very brim. Barely any water pressure in the shower and it was half broken (some water coming out the shower head and the other coming from the outlet below, and yes I know how to use a shower). The male receptionist that I had during arrival was super nice, however when I checked out the female receptionist seemed very uninterested in the entire checkout process and she didn’t want to return my car keys (I used valet parking provided by the hotel) at first until another staff member handed them to me. That was certainly interesting.

Not a great location. Several homeless looking for spare change. Loud construction every morning.

Cons:

Construction everywhere! Getting accurate directions through our GPS was extremely difficult! Check in was tricky trying to pay for valet (that doesn’t come out automatically). ALL of our credit cards were DECLINED (not due to any discrepancies on our behalf). Room placement left us with the noise of the nightly ritual of the homeless digging through the hotel trash to find bottles for redemption.

Pros:

Sauberes, relativ großes Zimmer mit zwei großen bequemen Betten. Kleine Kammer um Kleidung aufzuhängen und Koffer unterzubringen. Es gab einen Coffeemaker und einen großen Kühlschrank.
