Super lage
Pros:

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer super Lage und eigentlich kann man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß vom Hotel erreichen. Das Personal ist freundlich und auch das Zimmer war zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Parken war auch möglich.

Cons:

Die Tür zum Bad hing und ließ sich nur schwer schließen. Es gab einen Aufzug, aber auch nur einen und auf den musste man teilweise ziemlich lange warten. Das Parken war mit 25 Dollar pro Nacht nicht gerade günstig. Das Frühstück fand ich ehrlich nicht begeisternd. Man konnte sich nicht selbst bedienen, sondern musste sich alles einzeln geben lassen, das machte den Eindruck auf mich, dass man nicht so viel verzehren soll

We were pleased with our room, our guest hostess, and valet service. It was all we needed.
Pros:

Staff were SUPER - professional, accommodating, informative, wonderful dispositions...thank you for choosing such a great team to make your site shine.! Facility and rooms were clean - thank you sweet ladies. Close to Downtown. Value for money.

Cons:

No fault of BW, or the staff, but the location is somewhat challenged by forces beyond their control. There was a metal piece hanging out of the left side of the first Queen bed in the room about centre point that seemed like a connector piece. Each time my spouse entered the bed he hit his leg and scraped it. This should be sawn off or perhaps a thick Styrofoam wrapped around it to avoid any potential injuries. We have stayed in many BW Hotels -both in CA and US- we were surprised this site, although good enough, has not been updated or refreshed to meet the same standards as other BW hotels. Minor things to add to your budget for the upcoming year...thank you for allowing us to help you succeed!

Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien situé à 6 minutes à pieds de la place des arts et complexe Desjardins. En pleins Sainte- Catherine c’était agréable. Air climatisé aussi parfait pour les journées chaude.

Cons:

Pas de stationnement disponible, donc doit obligatoirement prendre le service de valet et il nous stationne le véhicule pour 30$ ailleurs (on ne sait pas où). Déjeuner terminé à 10h le matin…on s’est rendu à 10h et nous n’avons pas

Very close to MTelus! Everything is in walking distance. The location is so convenient.

No microwave in the room itself. However, there is one in the lobby.
