Avant tout je voulais signaler le positif, cad une des receptionnistes :vanessa! A l'écoute, elle nous a aidé a trouver ce qu'on cherchait, topissime!

Les autres receptionnistes... j'ai voulu demander à une autre personne de l acceuil de téléphoner pour réserver un resto. Sur quoi elle a pris son propre portable pour m'indiquer que je pouvais le faire moi même en ligne... une autre personne alors du départ de ce matin à qui j ai demandé de téléphoner au chauffeur qui devait nous déposer à l aeroport qui m à dit qu en.gros ils étaient toujours en retard. Comme elle a constate que je n etais Pas satisfaite de la réponse à quand même pris la peine de téléphoner... pour ka propreté, dentifrice encore sur la tablette dans la sdb malgré le passage de la femme de ménage. De plus quartier assez compliqué car beaucoup de drogués et sans abris. Pour le reste hôtel dans la globalité assez bien. Mais vous devez faire quelque chose à vos receptionnistes.

Excelente localização
Pros:

Hotel muito bem localizado em uma das principais ruas de Montreal.
Quarto confortável e bem limpo.
Na recepção tem disponivel duas maquinas de bebidas quentes para consumo livre, além de chocolatinhos diversos, o que nos salvava do frio intenso quando chegavamos da rua.
Também nos deixaram entrar mais cedo no quarto por uma taxa bem acessível e justa.

Cons:

Em função das máquinas de bebidas disponíveis na recepção, vi várias pessoas que não eram hóspedes entrando no hotel para pegar bebidas gratuitamente, porque não há controle de acesso (taxistas, transeuntes, moradores de rua). Em dois momentos, isso me gerou preocupação quanto à segurança, porque eram moradores de rua aparentemente desorientados (provavelmente drogados) circulando e falando alto dentro da recepção.

Generally nice room (I liked the pillows). It had everything we needed, comfortable for two. The staff were friendly and welcoming. It's in a bit of a grittier part of the city but still easy to access the main shopping area down the street, plus many other parts of the city.

Cons:

The curtains didn't fully close so light came in. Otherwise it was OK.

Clean, comfortable and quiet hotel at the heart of Montreal
Pros:

The room was very comfortable, specious and quiet. The location couldn’t be better, few steps away from Place des Arts and the Village. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, always accommodating with a smile and a disposal to make things look easy and smooth. Nice hotel, I’d definitely be back.

Stanza spaziosa e pulita. Posizione centrale.

Cons:

Colazione migliorabile. Non c’è buffet ma possibilità di ordinare un piatto tra quelli proposti (circa 6/7) dal ristorante all’interno della struttura.

Pros:

I stayed for four nights in total in two stints, with a trip into the Eastern townships between - they were happy to look after my suitcase between stays so I could travel with just a rucksack for a few days. This is an excellently located, comfortable and efficient hotel. Welcoming helpful staff and the nice touch of a courtesy coffee machine in the lobby. No pointless or lingering 'incidentals hold' put on my card. Discount given for great nearby breakfast cafe. Comfortable, spacious room with everything I needed, and all very reasonably priced. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Montreal.
