Excelente hotel in every aspects
Pros:

Our stay at the Lionel was excellent. The hotel offers an international standard of quality, both in its facilities and service. The rooms are spacious and exceptionally clean, and from the moment we arrived at reception, every member of staff was extremely attentive, helpful, and welcoming.

The breakfast offers a wide variety of options to suit all tastes, including children. The hotel is also very well located.

We had the pleasure of being assisted by Sona, who provided excellent service throughout our stay and made our experience even better.

We feel very fortunate to have stayed at the Lionel and would definitely recommend it.

The service was excellent, the room (corner suite) was lovely and had everything we needed.

Irem, With Guest Relations, was extremely accommodating and also organised a birthday cake for my girlfriend’s birthday at no extra charge. She was lovely.

Cons:

The breakfast options could improve. Small selection of pastries and the fruit was not all ripe.

Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay and were very satisfied with the hotel overall.

A special thank you to Mr Koray, the hotel supervisor. He was extremely kind, friendly, professional and helpful. His excellent attitude and assistance helped make our stay even more enjoyable and comfortable.

The hotel is also conveniently located near several shopping centers. You will probably need a car to get around comfortably, but for us the location was very good.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose Lionel Hotel again.

Cons:

There are just a few points that could be improved.

First, breakfast is quite expensive.

Second, the water pressure from the overhead rain shower in our room was very low and could definitely be improved.

Third, the minibar was basically empty except for water, yet each small bottle of water cost 60 TL. For a five-star hotel where guests are paying around €150–300 per night, I think charging this much for a small bottle of water is unnecessary and does not match the overall standard of the hotel.

Finally, the Wi-Fi was not particularly fast, and some websites would not open at all unless we used a VPN. The internet service could definitely be improved.

Despite these points, we were very happy with our stay and will definitely return.
