Pros:

Washer/dryer was great. Lots of space in the suite. Clean and updated. For Juneau this is a pretty good place to stay overall. Not too far to walk to downtown and port area.

Cons:

Heat/thermostat was “always on” while we were there. Staff seemed not concerned, even told us they already knew about it. We had to keep windows cracked open or it was too hot.

Cons:

In the month of November you don’t want to walk downtown because it is dark and along the highway. Would likely stay in downtown during winter months.
