Excelente hotel, las instalaciones son estupendas, es moderno y bien cuidado, el personal es amable y el desayuno es fabuloso
El Skybar estaba reservado para un evento, debería darse prioridad a quienes se hospedan en el hotel

Mucho ruido en las noches que se escuchaba en la habitaciones, hacian aseo o reparaciones, en el dia tambien se escuchaba bastante ruido y nos sucedio que la señal de la TV nacional se iba con frecuencia.

Todo estuvo espectacular, es un hotel maravilloso y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unas increíbles vacaciones o estadía por trabajo o negocios. El personal es muy amable, my atento y dispuesto a colaborar, siempre con una sonrisa en su rostro, muchas gracias a todos. Mi familia pasó un tiempo espectacular en este lugar.
Lo único es que el aseo de la habitación lo hacen muy tarde, entre 3 y 4 pm. Pero se entiende por la cantidad de habitaciones que tiene el hotel.
Es la segunda vez que me hospedo en éste Hotel me encanta!!!

no me gustó que me dieron habitación con puerta compartida (creo son habitaciones que se convierten en habitaciones familiares) y se escuchaba mucho ruido de los huéspedes de al lado, pero al día siguiente lo hablé con el manager y se solucionó cambiándome de habitación y asunto arreglado, todo de maravilla

I servizi, da 3 stelle. Ho dovuto elemosinare gli asciugamani, dopo tanti richieste non mi hanno dato le tovaglie. In un 5 stelle mi aspetto di più. Per due persone 2 tovaglie grandi e una piccola molto usurati e vecchi

Las instalaciones muy buenas, el hotel es hermoso. La ubicación es fantástica. El personal tanto de la recepción como del restaurante y piscina super atentos.
La comida, era buena sin embargo no nos gusto tanto.
La piscina la disfrutamos mucho y el desayuno bien variado
No tenían agua disponible para los huéspedes, y el restaurante era algo lento
