El bufé del desayuno demasiado limitado, muy regular teniendo en cuenta el valor de la noche
Tienen camas muy cómodas y vistas espectaculares, al igual que una gran variedad de amenidades!
El único problema es que la pluma del lavamanos hacía mucho reguero porque queda muy corta y el mesón siempre se mojaba, por ende hacía imposible poner otras cosas encima.

Excelente hotel, las instalaciones son estupendas, es moderno y bien cuidado, el personal es amable y el desayuno es fabuloso
El Skybar estaba reservado para un evento, debería darse prioridad a quienes se hospedan en el hotel

Mucho ruido en las noches que se escuchaba en la habitaciones, hacian aseo o reparaciones, en el dia tambien se escuchaba bastante ruido y nos sucedio que la señal de la TV nacional se iba con frecuencia.

el área de la piscina en el piso 12 con excelente vista, camastros suficientes, toallas limpias, la piscina muy grande, 3 jacuzis,
el desayuno bufete todo delicioso y muy variados los alimentos
atención de 10 de todo el personal muy amables y atentos
y el súper plus del hotel el Sky Bar del piso 51 con la mejor vista de Cartagena <3
no me gustó que me dieron habitación con puerta compartida (creo son habitaciones que se convierten en habitaciones familiares) y se escuchaba mucho ruido de los huéspedes de al lado, pero al día siguiente lo hablé con el manager y se solucionó cambiándome de habitación y asunto arreglado, todo de maravilla
