Please note only guests with a Visa TP - 11 or Permiso - 5 / PTP - 5 tourist visa are exempt from paying value added tax (IVA) during their stay. Breakfast is not included for children under 11 years of age when using existing beds and should be paid at the hotel upon check in.
If you travel with your child under eighteen (18) years of age, you must present the minor’s identification document and the document corroborating the first degree of consanguinity (biological father - child) or first degree of civil kinship (adoptive parent - adoptive child).
If the minor does not travel in the company of his parents, it will be indispensable that the responsible adult delivers at the reception, in addition to the identification document of the minor, the permission of the parents with personal presentation before a notary public, together with the copy of the identification document of those who gave the authorization. Without this documentation, minors will not be allowed in the hotel. This is in accordance with the law.

We did two reservations, the 1st was for 2 people for 6 nights & the second for 5 nights fir 3 people. The 1st 6 days went well & we thought we loved the hotel until we decided to use the welcome drinks where we were charged for them the 1st time & then the reception staff said it was by error so they returned the vouchers. The second time we tried to use them, the reception staff said these cannot be used for alcoholic drink in a very unwelcoming way! What welcome drinks?! Seriously the hotel needs to suspend these if they cannot afford to provide welcome drinks!
Further to the unwelcoming welcome drinks, the last night (after 11 nights) we were stopped at the door by the porter asking to check if we are guests! Very strange to be asked only on the last night if we are guests! Why not use the room key for entry if safety is an issue or why not ask everyone every day?!

View from my balcony was beautiful and I felt like I was on SZA’s album cover. Like I was in the water, breathtaking if you’re into that! All the staff was so nice. Very close to all the restaurants I wanted to try and a shopping center in walking distance.
It was a bit expensive but truly beautiful. The could use less pork breakfast protein option but everything was great.

El restaurante de comida Asiática y la amabilidad de la gente. La ubicación es en una buena zona y queda la playa en frente y el centro comercial la lado.
No encontré mucho entrenimiento aunque entiendo que es un ambien te mucho más corporativo. Tienen un bar en un psio muy alto y la vista es hermosa pero no se sentia tan divertido. Los televisores siempre tenian una publicidad de LG que salia cada 2 minutos y no dejaba ver nada y no se puede ver ninguna plataforma. El aire acondicionado no sube a mas de 25 grados, que para mi es muy bajo. El desayuno es bufet y la comida e smuy rica pero no me parecio facil pedir algo de los chefs con tanta facilidad como en otros hoteles, ellos estaban pendientes pero solo hacian huevos al gusto.
