We went to the restaurant for dinner and some things were good but the sandwich i got for my daughter was not good.

Opinión sobre mi estadía
La experiencia fue muy decepcionante, especialmente considerando que pagamos más de USD 1,600 en total por 5 noches para dos personas por un hotel que se vende como 5 estrellas. Las toallas estaban viejas y ásperas, solo colocaron agua el primer día, no había cafetera en la habitación y únicamente dejaban una toalla de manos para dos personas según el Conserge Cómo política del hotel. Además, las cortinas estaban en mal estado y un día ni siquiera repusieron el gel de baño ni crema de cuerpo. El desayuno a pesar de ser variado estaba soso. El personal era amable pero jamás resolvieron ninguna de nuestras necesidades Por ese precio, esperaba un servicio y unas instalaciones de mucha mejor calidad.

Las instalaciones, la habitacion, la azotea y zona de la piscina espectaculares, muy cómodo y todo muy limpio. Habitación con camas y almohadas muy cómodas y bastante amplias y las vistas fabulosas.
El desayuno buffet es muy repetido, para ser un hotel de 5 estrellas debería de ser más variado y cambiante.

No me gustó la decoración del restaurante donde ofrecen el desayuno, oscuro y con muchas telas.
La playa al frente del hotel no es recomendable para bañistas.

No me limpiaron la habitación dos de los tres días, hablé en recepción y pedí el favor, también por teléfono llamé solicitando limpieza de la habitación y no lo hicieron.
