La piscina es súper buena y hay buen servicio además un bar bastante completo, también brindan toallas a los huéspedes incluso para ir a la playa.
El hotel en general es excelente, el desyuno bastante bueno y variado, solo que además de ofrecerlo a los huéspedes también puede ingresar público externo y eso genera a veces saturación y que se agoten rápido algunos platos e incluso espacios estrechos.
La bebida de bienvenida batante básica, no es un cocktail, es solo un refresco muy simple.
O quarto que comprei é o mais caro, a vista realmente é fantástica!
Não fornecem sabonete sólido; a manutenção demora a atender (vc tem que ligar umas 3 vezes e mesmo assim não adianta, obrigando vc a ir até a recepção), FICAMOS SEM TELEVISÃO FUNCIONANDO NO QUARTO QUASE 2 DIAS!!! As toalhas fornecidas no quarto são bem velhas. O CAFÉ DA MANHÁ É HORRÍVEL, as frutas não são doces, e os salgados se limitam a batata doce e uns legumes similares. Estive tb no Hotel OZ que é inferior e a diária é 2/3 menor e o café da manhã é infinitamente melhor do que no Estelar!

The location, pool, and rooftop
The room was not pleasing at all. The water was dirty, the tv didn’t work, half of the room had black out curtains while the other half the sun came right in, and finally the air conditioner wasn’t cold at all it stood 77degrees Fahrenheit the whole time. All this money for one night. For a building built 20 years ago it felt like I stood in a 1920s motel. I would like some credit back if possible. Was not pleasing at all to stay here.
La ubicación es muy buena, queda cerca de un supermercado y un centro comercial. La playa de enfrente es buena. El desayuno no es malo pero siempre es lo mismo. El personal es amable.
La piscina es muy sucia, dejan consumir bebidas y comidas en ella. El aseo a la habitación es malísimo.
