Schöner Urlaub wir haben uns wohl gefühlt
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich es war immer gut
aufgefüllt und das Personal sehr nett.
Das Ambiente ist auch sehr schön und modern

Cons:

Wir sind ja 2 Stunden zu früh da gewesen da hat uns die ältere Dame am Empfang sehr
unfreundlich darauf aufmerksam gemacht das die Zimmer erst um 15 Uhr bezugsbereit sind.
Das ist für uns ja auch kein Problem aber man kann das ja auch in einem normalen Ton sagen.
Wir können ja nichts dafür wenn die ältere Dame überfordert ist.
So ist es nicht schön die Ferien anzutreten das andere Personal war ja sehr freundlich
und Professionell

Gut gelegen. Schöner Kurzaufenthalt.
Pros:

Alles Top. Einchecken sehr schnell und einfach. Tiefgaragenplatz war inklusive, soweit verfügbar. Nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Gutes und vielseitiges Früchstück mti eierspeisen nach Wahl.

Für SCHWEIZER Verhältnisse ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Pros:

Schöner Spabereich, wenn auch relativ klein, aber für ein Hotel diese Größe absolut angemessen. Sehr schöne gastronomische Bereiche und schöner renovierte Zimmer. Sehr herzliches Personal.

Cons:

Die Lage an der Hauptstraße war ein bisschen abgelegen, man konnte nicht in den Dorf spazieren gehen, da musste man erst mal das Auto in Bewegung setzen.

Amazing!! The staff are just so wonderful! So welcoming!
Pros:

The property is in a very nice location. Our room faced the mountain, so we had great views to wake up to. There’s also a great restaurant within the hotel. Great service! The staff are just wonderful! I will definitely be back to stay here.

Cons:

The only thing I would say, and it’s not even a big problem, is that we couldn’t park our car directly outside the hotel. Parking is a little further across the road. But there’s plenty of parking there.

The breakfast is excellent with a lot of choice and the location at the foot of the Bernina pass is ideal, not so much for those arriving via public transport as the hotel is a short distance from the town. However, the parking is good and the hotel has four chargers for those with EV's. A definite plus for me.

Cons:

A double duvet would have been good as would a slightly firmer pillow. As it was, the single duvet was barely large enough to cover the mattress. The down pillow didn't have nearly enough feathers and was not at all supportive. Consequently, I didn't have very good sleep on any of the three nights.
