It's in a good location

Cons:

Don't waste your money. This hotel is beyond nasty. I was so disgusted if I could have gotten my money back right then and there I wouldn't have stayed there.... I literally just stayed from 12am left by 9am a few hours and checked out. I saw bugs and roaches as well NASTY 🤢

Cons:

The smell of the room. It says smoke free but the smell of cigar is to strong. Right outside the door smells like animal wastes. Some of the bedsheets are ripped already and pillows have yellowish stains.

Convenient location large handicap accessible room.
Pros:

Friendly, helpful, and accommodating staff! Close to medical facilities. Plan to stay there again on next doctor’s appointment in June.

I've used Motel 6 many times and always; that it was an acceptable and place. I no longer feel that.
Pros:

There was NO breakfast, the room was a rathole, the reception was set up like "an hourly stay facility, i.e., bringing drugs/alcohol for a few short hours to party and have sex. The plastic laminate flooring was cold and looked aged and was damaged by the entrance door to my room. Additionally, one could see light very clearly under the door plus mostly up the side of the door. This made me feel quite uncomfortable. The shower curtain did not reach the floor (handicap-accessible room) and after the shower there was a HUGE puddle on the floor outside the shower. There was not refrigerator, coffee machine or microwave in the room and was told none were available. The ice machine, although working fine, was dark (no light) and the approach to the ice machine room in the hallway was burned out making it an unsafe approach. I didn't get housekeeping to my room until the day before I checked out. I was there for 6 nights. Corporate needs to do an unannounced/unscheduled visit, aka surprise inspection to this facility. I don't know if you have franchisees, but nevertheless, it's you name on the facility. I STRONGLY ADVISE THIS!
