The office was basically a tiny closet with a mail slot. Not a receptionist. Not a lobby. Just... a glorified prison visitation window. I slid my payment through the slot, got my key card, and made my way to my room. Ground floor. Corner room. "Perfect," I thought. Wrong. The key card refused to work. I swiped it. Nothing. Swiped it again. Nothing. Up. Down. Faster. Slower. At one point I looked like I was trying to seduce the card reader into opening the door. Five minutes later, the lock finally gave in out of pure pity. Victory. I walked in, immediately made a beeline for the bathroom, then flopped down on the bed. That's when it hit me. Marijuana. Not a faint smell. Not a "maybe the neighbors are smoking" smell. This room smelled like Snoop Dogg had hosted a family reunion and forgotten to invite housekeeping. With my headache growing by the second, I grabbed my backpack and marched back to the office. "Hi, is there any chance I could switch rooms? Mine smells like marijuana." The clerk stared at the computer like it had personally offended her. Time slowed to a crawl. I could've watched an entire season of a TV show before she finally looked up. "Nope. It's been ten minutes. You either stay in the room you were assigned or leave... and you still pay." I just stood there blinking. Ten minutes? So let me get this straight... I wasn't asking for the presidential suite. I wasn't demanding free breakfast or a mint on my pillow. I just wanted a room where breathing wasn't a contact high. Welcome to Motel 6... where they'll leave the light on for you, but customer service checked out hours ago.

Bugs in the lights, floors looks nasty, plugins didn’t have covers. Took several pictures, but states there's an error when it uploading.

Terrible accommodations for my stay.
Pros:

they DNR me.the toilet flooded with in the first 3 hours I was there. I had booked 3days .I allow them to take a look and the fix it. But it toon them 5 hours for someone to come.They just fixed the back of the toilet and left toilet water all over the floor I attempted to get it up with the towels that were in the room.then asked ask them if they could change my room they said no. I tried booking again and they wouldn't allow. They didnt come and clean I was upset I had booked the room and left and got another hotel room .they did refund me for the days I wasn't stay nor change my room to accommodate the state the room was in.
