La propreté de la chambre.

Cons:

Aucun personnel sur place a notre arrivée. La réception est fermée en début de semaine. Nous avons dû communiquer par téléphone à notre arrivée pour avoir un code d’accès pour notre chambre. Aucun service sur place.

Déçu pour le spa non inclus
Pros:

C’était propre et accueillant.

Cons:

La dernière fois que j’y suis allée, les spas étaient gratuits avec la chambre. J’ai été déçue de voir que je devais payer 49$ de plus par personne. J’avais loué 2 chambres donc il aurait fallu que je débourse un autre 200$ pour les 4 adultes. Trop dispendieux!

Very difficult to begin with, then things improved
Pros:

When we finally had access (see "what we didn't like") the room was large, clean, comfortable and well furnished. Easy to find and plenty parking.

Cons:

Massive problem in that we were not informed that reception would be closed. So what were we to do? There was a phone number in the window but of course we didn't have mobile phone access for Canada and no way to join the hotel wifi network.So we had to drive into town and park outside a bar with free wifi. Then we had to try to make contact with someone. This all took time. We were then given instructions to find our room and to open the coded padlocks. Why was this not sent to us in advance via booking.com or directly? I wondered at first if the whole reservation process was a fraud.

Pas de petit déjeuner d'effectuer.

Cons:

Les marches pour aller à la chambre. Il y a eu une petite pluie verglacante qui occasionnait de l'insécurité à descendre.
Devrait avoir un anti derapant au bord de chaque marche

Pros:

Suoebe auberge avec spa complet. Vraiment bel accueil du personnel. Nous avons adoré notre expérience et la serviabilité et gentillesse du personnel sur place. Belles chambres et tout était super propre.
