El recibimiento en el estacionamiento, las personas se dirigen en una forma incorrecta sin empatía
Lamentablemente me cancelaron la reservacion, diciendo que al haberse reservado de "madrugada" no tenían la habitación elegida por mi, me ofrecieron otras habitaciones unas mas cara y otra mas barata, pero sin hacer valida insisto, mi reserva. Por supuesto me fui a otro espacio.
Las instalaciones. Aunque el espacio en el estacionamiento entre los autos es mínimo! Dificulta mucho la salida y entrada
El servicio del Front desk
Tiene una buena ubicación y las habitaciones muy comodas
El desayuno estaba muy raquítico y no había personal para la atención
La amplitud de la habitación
El exceso de ruido de las bombas del agua o de cisterna, un ruido muy fuerte, muy molesto y muy cercano a la habitación y se activaba a cada rato e incluso en la noche y madrugada
La ubicación era facil de encontrar, La recepcion tanto por la noche, ya que llegamos algo tarde y la salida todos fueron super amables todo el tiempo.
Solicite factura por la mañana y me la mandaron super rapido.

La recámara siempre se mantuvo limpia. El staff siempre fue amable y amigable.
Tuvimos un pequeño problema con la reservación pero la señorita lo arregló de inmediato.
