Very good value for money and great breakfast. Lots of choices.
Very clean
When we were given a terrible room with air conditioning that didn't work and leaked, that had old and lumpy pillows and a safety deposit box that wasn't safe, they were able to put us in a new room the following day. When the internet in our next room didn't work they were able to send someone to fix it at 10pm. The reception staff were excellent, friendly and efficient. It's well located and a nearby restaurant, The Lima, is excellent which is lucky because the hotel restaurant is dirty, expensive and poor.
If I list everything I will seem petty. I usually give good marks and positive comments but this hotel was terrible. Poor air conditioning, dog excrement on the second floor halls. I went down for coffee one morning just before it opened and found cat extrement in various places in the restaurant and cats helping themselves to food off the buffet. The swimming pool has no steps or ladders to get in and out so anyone with reduced mobility couldn't use it. Nails sticking out of the wooden floor a general feeling of underinvestment and little care or attention to detail.
Excellent location for relaxed beach and restaurants. We were assisted by Jaka and Ade who were exceptional and very helpful!
The shower head was damaged
It’s close to the beach and offers a variety of options at the breakfast buffet.

Staff had amazing energy and enthusiasm, from the moment we arrived we felt so comfortable and welcomed.

The room was roomy, nice & modern. Full size Day Bed was added bonus.
Hotel services are of international standard.
Breakfast was of great variety and all delicious.
All praise for the cheff & all cafe/restaurant staff.
Parking was in an empty block of land across the road with no lighting.
Would make a huge difference if it was made into a proper parking lot with lighting.
