One night stay
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was clean and had everything you need for a stay of a couple of days. It was located near the center and near the river. The breakfast area is very quaint and beautifully decorated and the breakfast itself is very diverse.

Cons:

We didn't like that they did not have parking, but there are alternatives and you can find other parking places, but farther from the villa. And we would have loved the room with the view over the river, but the one we got was good.

Perfekter Aufenthalt mit Herz und historischem Flair
Pros:

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt und vergeben eine klare 10 von 10. Die Lage direkt in der Heidelberger Altstadt ist hervorragend, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Besonders begeistert hat uns der wunderschöne Blick auf den Neckar.
Unser Zimmer war sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet, alles war makellos sauber und gepflegt. Ein besonderes Highlight war das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet im historischen Gewölbekeller-ein wunderbarer Start in den Tag.
Der herzliche Empfang und die außergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit des gesamten Teams haben unseren Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht. Man nimmt sich hier wirklich Zeit für die Gäste und gibt tolle Tipps zu den schönsten Sehenswürdigkeiten und den besten Restaurants der Stadt.
Wir haben uns von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Een voortreffelijke locatie!
Pros:

We hadden een keurige kamer met een prachtig uitzicht op de rivier. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en het ontbijt heerlijk. De centrale locatie was perfect om alles te voet te verkennen. Er is geen parkeergelegenheid bij het hotel, maar je kunt de auto uitstekend parkeren in één van de omliggende parkeergarages.

Cons:

De parkeergarage is 10 minuten lopen. Je kunt je koffer eerst bij het hotel uitladen, maar omdat het hotel aan de ene zijde aan een drukke weg zonder parkeergelegenheid ligt en aan de andere zijde aan een smalle eenrichtingsstraat, kan het dus even zoeken zijn waar je dit het beste kunt doen. Als je niet veel bagage hebt, is het misschien handiger om eerst de auto te parkeren en dan met je koffers naar het hotel te wandelen.

Charmantes Hotel in bester Lage, hier kommt man gerne wieder!
Pros:

Das Haus hat einen besonderen Charme, die Lage am Neckar in der Altstadt ist perfekt, Personal sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war absolut i.O., insbesondere der Frühstücksraum im historischen Kellergewölbe ist der Hingucker. Check-In und Check-Out unkompliziert, der 24-Std-Zugang über eine PIN/Card klappt hervorragend und wird vorab per Mail sauber kommuniziert!

Cons:

Die Rezeption ist Nachmittags nur eine halbe Std besetzt, hier muss man seine Ankunft also genau timen, sollte man noch weitergehende Wünsche/Fragen neben dem reinen Zugang zum Haus/Zimmer haben - oder per Mail anfragen. Ein Getränkeschrank zur Selbstbedienung wäre super, dieses trifft man mittlerweile in vielen Hotels - als Alternative zur Mini-Bar auf dem Zimmer - zur Selbstaufschreibung schon an. Das Frühstücksbuffet war mir persönlich einen Hauch zu teuer, sonst hätte ich es jeden Tag genutzt.

Sicher nicht nochmal. Lassen sich nur ihre gute Lage bezahlen.
Pros:

Schöne Aussicht.

Cons:

Harte Betten. Kleines Zimmer mit tiefen Dachschrägen, bei „Delux“. Betten wurden in der ganzen Aufenthaltszeit ,3Nächte, nicht ein einziges mal gemacht. Geschweige frische Handtücher offeriert.
Unhöfliches Reinigungspersonal, welches keinen Anstand hatte die Gäste zu begrüssen und aus dem Lift den Vortritt zu überlassen, sondern sich noch reinzudrängeln…
Keine Parkplätze und keinerlei Vergünstigungen bei teuren öffentlichen Parkhäusern.
Frühstück nur extra zu buchen bei bereits überteuerten Zimmerpreis, Kind hätte ebenso den vollen Preis eines Erwachsenen gekostet. Frechheit!

Great place to stay
Pros:

My husband and I spent two nights at the Hotel Villa Marstall and very much enjoyed our stay.
The location was perfect, right by the Neckar River and just a few minute walk to the main city center with lots of cafes, restaurants and shops. The Old Bridge was a five minute walk and the place to purchase tickets to the funicular to the Heidelberg Castle wasn’t a long walk.
Martino, the owner/proprietor was friendly, welcoming and very helpful.
Our room was cozy, very clean and comfortable.
If you plan to visit Heidelberg you won’t be disappointed if you choose to stay at the Hotel Villa Marstall!
