Soap was almost empty
I had to ask for towels, we were 4 and only a set of 3 towels were at the room.
Helpful, friendly, and professional staff! We checked in on short notice after having first booked at another hotel, which proved to be substandard in person.
Having stayed at this Hyatt before, I knew how great it was and kicked myself for not booking our stay there originally. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by Sheena, who assisted in checking us in. The staff is always friendly/helpful, the breakfast buffet is a tasty variety of food in a clean, attractive, setting. Unfortunately, I don't know the name of the sweet lady in charge of breakfast, but in watching her, I could tell she took pride in what she was doing⭐️
This Hyatt will be my first choice for all future travels to the area!

Hotel rooms are very nice, the staff is exceptional, and breakfast is great! I have stayed here for over 90 days in the past 2 years, and I always keep coming back.

Elevators has two different buttons for each. You push one not knowing it's two and wait for the one you push when the other one is already there.
I would like to purchase a pillow like I used at at the Vintage Hyatt in Houston. Please let me knowvif I coukd purchase one?
The scent was a little much.
It was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful all the time.
The only thing I would say is maybe adding some grits to the breakfast bar.
