An overpriced, unacceptable experience ruined by an incorrect room assignment and shockingly bad customer service.
Pros:

Nothing. Any potential positives were completely overshadowed by the unacceptable room assignment and the atrocious customer service that followed.

Cons:

The hotel failed to honor our reservation and gave us the wrong room. We had multiple people in our party but were forced into a room with only one single bed. When we addressed this massive error, the customer service was horrible. Staff lied to us, dismissed our concerns, and management blatantly refused to offer any discount, room change, or fair compensation for failing to provide the accommodations we actually paid for.

Not bad.
Pros:

The staff is nice, the rooms are spacious and clean

Cons:

We came Sunday for one night and plan to have some drinks and make some photos at the terrace, but it was not available as it was booked by “wedding” I personally think a hotel is not a place to book the terrace for private events. There is other guests also who is paying for the facilities.

Doskonała lokalizacja na początek wizyty w NY, zwłaszcza kiedy ląduje się w Newark.
Pros:

Doskonała lokalizacja nad rzeką Hudson. Przyjechaliśmy w nocy i widok oświetlonego Manhattanu po drugiej strony rzeki wynagrodził nam 9 godzin lotu i 3h kolejki do odprawy w Newark. Warto zwiedzić okolicę bo ma inny klimat niż Manhattan. Śniadanie w formie ubogiego bufetu szwedzkiego z widokiem na rzekę i Manhattan.

Cons:

Śniadanie w formie bufetu szwedzkiego bez warzyw, wędlin i serów chociaż w sklepach tego pełno i w normalnych cenach.

Nice enough but super frustrating parking scenario
Pros:

Nice general location for access to cruise pier following day.

Cons:

Building is odd, and it's not obvious where to find entrance Also not obvious where to park. Difficult to discern where to pull in, and then, where and how to get parked (adjacent property). Frustrating and off-putting after stressful drive into the city. Knowing what we know now, we'd just stay at the other property, with attached parking garage.

Great Location
Pros:

Location was great - you could walk to restaurants, PATH. Breakfast was convenient which is what made it attractive. Food choices were limited due to the crowds and not the lack of staff. The staff were working hard.

Cons:

Price was high even for Jersey City.

The view across the Hudson from the rooftop bar is breathtaking.
Pros:

The location was superb and the room was fantastic with our view looking out to the Hudson. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be staying here on our next visit.

Nice enough.
Pros:

Clean large room. Nice large bathroom. Rooms have fridge which is great.

Cons:

The rooms are very dark with very minimal lights to turn on. Initially we were placed right outside the rail station which was not appealing but was moved when asked.
