Room was very comfortable. We had our grandchildren with us.
Well, when we checked in what I didn't like was to go to the bathroom and put the toilet lid down, and it had feces smeared all over the top, but I went and talked to the staff and the one gentleman that was getting off work came and cleaned it for us. He was very nice. And had taken care of it. Other than that problem, everything was okay.
Would definitely stay here again. Very clean hotel; excellent breakfast; very friendly staff. My only suggestion is to request a higher floor than 3 unless you don't mind looking out the window to the rooftop.

Ice machine didn't work on floor we stayed
We didn't eat breakfast, just had coffee.
Gulf view was ok
Sofa in our room was dirty and worn out. Shower head was not the best. Air conditioner was loud. Breakfast was a disappointment.potatoes were not done .grits had no taste whatsoever. French toast was not good. We had to leave and go buy breakfast.

Propreté limite, tâches apparentes moquette, murs, canapés. La chambre n’a pas été faite durant notre séjour de 4 nuits, même après l’avoir demandé. On m’a dit que c’était d’usage à Biloxi. De mon côté, je n’ai pas trouvé cette information dans la politique d’Hyatt.
It’s a place to place your head for the night. It’s nothing extravagant. Cleanliness is ok. Staff was awesome and very friendly!

The bed was comfortable.
I booked a king room with a few and my view was the parking lot and the top of a roof. It definitely wasn't what I expected to have a view of and I was very disappointed.

Tout était impeccable.
De ne pas avoir pu utiliser la piscine, il a fallut aller dans celle de l'hôtel voisin à la demande du personnel.
