I really enjoyed my stay. The pool was amazing and a great place to relax. The air conditioning in the room worked perfectly and kept everything very cool, which made sleeping very comfortable. Breakfast was also really good with plenty of tasty options. The lobby was welcoming, clean, and well-maintained, which made a great first impression. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely come back again.

Cons:

The TV in our room did not work at all during our stay, which was disappointing for the price we paid for the room. The area near the elevators on the second floor had a strong unpleasant odor, and the hallways were very hot, humid, and had a noticeable smell that made them uncomfortable to walk through. The pool area was enjoyable, but it could really benefit from more shaded seating options, as it was extremely hot and there wasn’t much relief from the sun.

Has so much potential but not much hospitality.
Pros:

Checkin was hostile. Sadly the staff is not familiar with hospitality. Hot breakfast was not available due to malfunction in the kitchen but no one from the staff informed us. It was offered at another hotel but again, staff didn’t inform us. It was through inquiring that we learned of this. I was treated like a criminal suspect bc I asked for more than two towels for my family of five. Early check-in request was met with severe assessments even though the person that made my reservation made absolutely no indication of this. Also, the room type I NEEDED and RESERVED was not available. The front desk agent’s attitude towards this was too bad… nothing she could do about it! Pool could be very nice. The deck had some debris…rusted hair pins, earring backs. The planter that was part of the pool was overgrown with weeds. There was only one decent umbrella. It could have used four to five. Also some regular chairs instead of just chaise lounges. There was a nice breeze coming off the sound and there is a delightful view.
