Excellent hitel, staff and location.
Pros:

Staff is excellent. Friendly patient and professional. Breakfast fantastic. Home made pastries some of the best in Sicily and nice selections of excellence meats and cheeses.

Cons:

The room has some device with a green light over the door which is very bright at night and disturbs sleep. It should be changed.

VACACIONES CON HORMIGAS

Ubicacion muy buena , vistas preciosas al puerto .

Cons:

Le hubiera puesto un 10 , si no fuera por un pero ... Nos sentamos a ver el futbol el día en que España venció a Argentina en la final del Mundial 2026 , compramos una pizza , la deje 10 min. en la mesa , y ... no se de donde han salido pero la habitación se lleno de hormigas en un abrir y cerrar los ojos , se metieron en la caja , nos fastidiaron la pizza , estaban en todos lados , saque rapido la pizza y la tire en la calle en la basura , pero los bichos eran imparables , he pedido el spray mata cucarachas en la recepcion sin decir nada me han sacado el spray que estaba casi vacio , entiendo que yo no era el unico quien luchaba contra ese ejercito , por la noche tanto mi hija como yo nos despertamos 100 veces ya que las hormigas estaban en todos los lados hasta dentro de mis boxers , menos mal que al dia siguiente nos volviamos a casa , os aconsejo antes de reservar aclarar ese punto , ¿si vais estar en la habitacion solos o bien acompañados :-) ?.

A perfect home base to explore Western Sicily
Pros:

This hotel was perfect-- we booked three rooms for 8 days for a family trip, and it was exactly what we wanted! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with recommendations, car reservations, and general advice about the area. We felt so taken care of. Breakfast was awesome-- i am gluten free and they had a bunch of snacks and things that i could eat-- they even made me a special gluten free croissant every morning (which was delicious). Location was great-- you have to take the stairs down to the sea level, but it was very close to lots of great restaurants and a night market that happened during our stay. They have a small "kiosk" outside of the hotel where you can sit and have a drink before/ after dinner-- it was a really nice touch and added to the charm of the place. Would absolutely return!

Personnel très aimable, emplacement sympa proche du centre, belle vue sur le port.

Cons:

Hôtel en zone ZTL donc galère. Conseil à l’accueil pour garer la moto à l’extérieur dans un parking soit disant gardé 24/24 mais rien du tout. Barrière ouverte et personne a l’accueil. Accès chambre très acrobatique avec des escaliers très pentu qui n’en finissent pas. Pas de pression sous la douche et galère pour l’eau chaude. Cuvette des toilettes toute branlante. Donc bof pour le prix.
