Important information:

Standard Classic Bedrooms will include complimentary flip flops for guests. Robes can be hired for an additional GBP 5 per person. All other room types will include complimentary robe hire and flip flops for guests.

There is a children's swimming pool charge for GBP 10 per child for any room type booked. Children will be able to swim daily between 09:00 - 10:30 and 16:30 - 18:00.

Spa access, including the swimming pool & gym, is restricted to a certain number of hours per guest, depending upon the room type booked.

Superior Spa bedrooms with balconies are subject to availability. Requests are required to be made in advance.

Please note that pets are not allowed in the following room types: (Deluxe Bedrooms).

As a courtesy, we would like to inform guests that the hotel hosts weddings and other functions, which may take place during your stay. Some events include musical entertainment and may cause noise.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Pros:

Beautiful property with excellent facilities. Every member of staff was incredible, polite, friendly and super helpful.

Over priced,location fine,wouldn’t recommend or go back.
Pros:

Meals we had were adequate,the area around the spa garden needed sorting,weeds growing out of the path made it look neglected,bar area looks a little dated.

Comfortable accommodation in an historic building, set in green fields.
Pros:

Windows that open! Breakfast included, handy restaurant, all surrounded by fields. Lady Hattie, the cat.

Cons:

We went to go for a walk after dinner - despite green surrounds, not really anything set up for walking.

Where do we even begin? From the moment we started planning our wedding celebration, everyone at Hatherley Manor made us feel so special, and we truly couldn’t have chosen a more perfect venue.

Beth was absolutely incredible throughout the entire planning process. She was always there to answer our questions, offer reassurance, and make everything feel so easy. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care took away so much of the stress, and we always felt like we were in the best hands.

On the day itself, Geri was simply outstanding. She went above and beyond in every possible way to make sure our celebration was everything we had dreamed of. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her warmth, attention to detail, and dedication made the entire day feel so effortless. Because of her, we were able to relax, be present, and soak up every single moment with our family and friends. She made our day unforgettable and brought every little detail together exactly as we had imagined.

Hatherley Manor itself is absolutely breathtaking. The venue is beautiful inside and out, creating the most perfect setting for such a special occasion. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how stunning it was.

The whole experience, from our first enquiry through to the end of the celebration, was seamless. We felt genuinely cared for every step of the way, and that meant the world to us.

We honestly couldn’t have asked for anything more. Our wedding celebration was everything we had hoped for and so much more—it was truly perfect. We will treasure the memories we made at Hatherley Manor for the rest of our lives, and we can’t thank Beth, Geri, and the entire team enough for making one of the most important days of our lives so incredibly special. Spa at Hatherley Manor was super
Pros:

I recently visited the spa with my sister for her birthday and a couple of friends. It was a boiling hot day and the spa staff accommodated our needs brilliantly - Abi continued to 'check in' with us and helped made the day really lovely. My sister also said it was the best pasta dish she had ever eaten and was like 'Michelin star!'Thank you

Pros:

Spa weekend. The rooms were spacious and clean. The bathroom was clean and well set out with lovely thick towels, bathrobes and flip flops for the spa. Set in beautiful grounds and easily found travelling from Wales. Excellent service in the restaurants, bar and spa. Great choice on the menu. Friendly and helpful staff

Nice location for a conference or event, but avoid at all costs during hot weather.
Pros:

Pool and spa facilities were nice and the staff were helpful.

Cons:

Rooms had no air conditioning of any sort and events on at the same time as our stay meant the evening was quite noisy.
