Standard Classic Bedrooms will include complimentary flip flops for guests. Robes can be hired for an additional GBP 5 per person. All other room types will include complimentary robe hire and flip flops for guests.
There is a children's swimming pool charge for GBP 10 per child for any room type booked. Children will be able to swim daily between 09:00 - 10:30 and 16:30 - 18:00.
Spa access, including the swimming pool & gym, is restricted to a certain number of hours per guest, depending upon the room type booked.
Superior Spa bedrooms with balconies are subject to availability. Requests are required to be made in advance.
Please note that pets are not allowed in the following room types: (Deluxe Bedrooms).

Great spa facilities
Extremely noisy bedroom from kitchen fans / ac units. Complained immediately but couldn’t swap rooms. Was told the fans would stop when the kitchen closed, but they did not. Slept approx 3 hours. Woke to the same noise. Having paid for breakfast as part of my higher cost room rate I was then told full English was a £5 supplement. All in a horrible experience. I’ve been promised a partial refund which I am still waiting for a week later.
Staff were very friendly!
The pool had a problem during our stay and it was extremely hot, we were only able to use the pool for 10 minutes as it was too hot

The bed was not the most comfortable which disturbed my sleep as the mattress was far too hard for me
Lovely grounds and easy to find! We had the braised beef for dinner which was incredible!
When we first arrived, the receptionist was chatting with another member of staff, we had to interrupt to get checked in.
Although the dinner was lovely, the dessert let it down. I had the brownie which tasted as though it had been defrosted in the microwave and was more of a cake. My partner has the cheese cake which was slightly warm and looked as though it had been cut in half from another piece. Our room seemed very basic in comparison to the pictures and there were nail/screw holes on the bathroom & room door frames which let the appearance down.
Good soundproofing! A wedding was on over the same weekend and as guests of the hotel you wouldn’t have known, very quiet in the rooms
Staff in the restaurant were generally helpful but service standards were a bit mixed.
Breakfast was nice, staff were busy you could tell they were short staff but still were very friendly and welcoming
Hot water issues
Overall cleanness around the hotel was not good and specially in the pool areas.

Old and stately
Our bedroom. Definitely not cozy as your advertising states with supposedly finishing touches. Our bedroom just had white sheets/duvet, no colourful over blanket, couldn’t see out of any windows due to privacy screening. The money we paid for the room was very excessive. Also there needs to be warning that the water runs excessively hot.
The location , the spa , the food , the staff all great .
Finding out an included breakfast only includes some things and others including full English was extra.
Not getting a robe with the classic room when using the spa even when paid for treatments.
Also finding out on a 2 night spa break you are only entitled to 1 hour spa per day when in a classic room.

Room was. Disappointing. Extract on roof right outside room ran all night couldn't sleep.
Staff were very helpful and pleasent. Cleanliness of room and excellent spa facilities..staff even brought sausages for our dog at breakfast time..
Room was a little small with a pet. Only one disabled parking spot in carpark ... There was an extra payment needed if you wanted a full English breakfast after we had booked with breakfast included..
