Friendly service, amazing breakfast and a good night's sleep is what you'll get here!
Pros:

The morning front desk guy was hilarious and so kind. I wish I got his name... the breakfast was amazing and the bed and pillows were so soft and cozy. Would stay here again!

Cons:

There was no early check in available that I was aware of. We traveled in for a concert, and the check in time was an hour after our entry time for the concert. Nothing to complain about, but that's my only thing I can think of.

Lovely place!
Pros:

The property was super nice, when I got to my room, they really did hook me up with a VIP level room. I was confused at first because when I got there, they said they sold out even though I paid in advance, but I had a really nice room. Everything was ready, couldn’t hear traffic from outside. Breakfast was alright. Overall, I would come back if I went to Charlotte again. The receptionist was very kind to me, gave me two water bottles when I got there.
