Room was spacious and well appointed
Within theist year I have stayed at the Medano for multiple days.
I now only stay for one night if I am bringing my 10 pound, 9 year old dog. If my stay in Cabo is longer I move to a different hotel. Typically Casa Dorado. It becomes more expensive to stay at Medano with a DAILY PET FEE OF $50.
I love the hotel and the employees. Since January I have stayed at least 6 times. However I no longer stay for a week like I used to.

My room was very clean and looked like it had been recently updated. It also had a nice view of the pool and the skyline and mountains in the distance as it was on the top floor.
The elevator was quite a walk from my room. And it was somewhat slow.

My husband and I found the Medano to be quite comfortable. The staff are quite friendly. Matias greeted us as we arrived and was very helpful, especially if we had any questions while staying in Cabo.
This was my second time staying at Medano Hotel & Spa, and I already know I’ll be back. The location is great, the hotel is always clean, and the staff really make the experience.
Special thanks to Mario at the front desk for always being so warm, welcoming, and helpful with recommendations on things to do. And shoutout to Jessica and Carlos for the amazing hospitality. You both were so kind and made every visit even better.

The hotel itself is impeccably maintained and located in an incredible area of the city. The rooms are excellent, the breakfasts are fantastic, and the dinners are outstanding. In terms of value, it offers an incredible price-to-quality ratio. I can honestly say that I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the property itself.
However, what truly sets this hotel apart from the rest is its staff. I have stayed in hotels all over the world, and the difference here is the people. They consistently go far above and beyond expectations, and they do so with genuine care and kindness. I could not have asked for a better place to stay in Cabo.
The staff here genuinely seem to love what they do, and it shows in everything they do. They are wonderful people, and the kindness they showed me nearly brought me to tears. It was that special.
Personally, I will never stay anywhere else when I return. This hotel and spa offer the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, family-style hospitality, and truly good people. I am sincerely impressed by how well I was treated.
There are so many team members who deserve recognition that I am afraid I will forget someone. If I do, it is only because every person I encountered was incredible. If I mentioned the name of every person at this hotel who became special to me, this review would end up reading more like a short story than a review. I would especially like to thank Jessica, who came to visit me in the hospital simply because she is such a caring and generous person. That meant far more to me than words can express. I arrived here while dealing with health issues solo, and I could not have chosen a better place to stay. Before arriving, I stayed at hotels that were much more expensive and far more luxurious on paper, but none of them came close to this experience.

Location was great, room was clean and comfortable, breakfast good, and the pool area was relaxing/never crowded. Matias, the concierge, assisted us with finding and booking the activities we were interested in. Great customer service overall.
