Pros:

The property is decent. Not 5 star but just ok. The one bedroom apartment is alright with everything within the apartments working as it should. The location is great with great restaurants and cafes surrounding the building.

Cons:

A lot more thought could go into the interior design of the apartments. The pictures kind of exaggerate the place a little bit.

Pros:

Location was great, apartment was clean

Cons:

Internet/Wi-fi was ordinary. Couch needs replacing (felt like you were going to fall through to the floor when you sat on it). Apartment could be better stocked (pod coffee machine; water jug for fridge, ice cube trays). Took some time to pay (had to contact apartment several times) as we were arriving after check in. Booking.com stated there was a 'pay now' button (there wasn't). Also had to phone twice for check in details, lock box was located away from reception, and the person on the phone wasn't exactly sure where (what wall etc) it was located. Sending pictures, maps would have been more beneficial than having to phone to get instructions.

Central location
Pros:

I stayed for 8 nights, location was central and easy catching public transport and supermarkets. Room was clean and spacious.

Cons:

AC in the room and living room was not working so i had to keep doors open when present to cool the apartment ( Thank God it was winter). Everything else was great

A good place to stay which we we utilize again when we go to Brisbane again.
Pros:

It was well situated with all forms of facilities and shopping within walking distance. Close to the city center and public transport.

Cons:

The accommodation was very good which was suited to our needs, but the carpet and rugs within the unit needed cleaning as they gave off a sour smell which was evident all the time we were there.

Just want we wanted.
Pros:

Great location. Nice layout and lovely balcony table and chairs, as well as dining furniture. We wanted to be near the Brisbane Convention Centre and this was! Lots of great pleases to eat all around too.

Cons:

Well... there is a lot of building going on right next door. Can't be helped, but would have been noisy if we'd been wanting to hang out in the apartment during the day. Quite interesting to watch though.

Great stay, convenient location, very helpful staff.
Pros:

Very convenient location, plenty of places to eat nearby and short walk to City and Southbank.

Cons:

New building/construction next door, starting very early each morning , rather noisy , but not much can be done about that.

Fantastic position
Pros:

The position and rooms are really fantastic

Cons:

We came from western qld and we arrived outside office hours and the caretaker was complex to work with. When you would call back to try and find out where you he process was upto there was a different person on the phone. Used a payment link to pay which went well on the end. On checking out Sunday was unable to find the key drop box and despite the door saying office would be open it was not.

Pros:

It's in a good spot that isn't too busy or busy att all however if I got the room promised would've been much happier

Cons:

I was promised a higher level floor as me and my girlfriend were celebrating a special occasion, and that wasn't fulfilled and had a worse floor
