Great location to explore Nagoya
Pros:

Our superior double and twin rooms were the biggest out of our entire 3 week trip in Japan so it definitely made our stay very enjoyable, especially having a window seat to see the city lights. Bathroom was also very spacious, bed comfortable. Appreciated the ice and vending machine on our floor. Bellmart just outside the hotel entrance on the 15F for snacks etc. Location was great for catching the sightseeing tour bus (hop on/off) or local metro. Would highly recommend for 1st time visitors.

Cons:

There were limited instructions for the in-room washer/dryer (superior double room) so had to use Chat GPT to figure out quick wash settings (easier to run a separate dry cycle although it never gets fully dry so had to hang things up). Some train noise but to be expected due to proximity.

A very convenient hotel in Nagoya
Pros:

We loved the location of this hotel (although we did battle to find it at first) as we needed quick access to the train station for our day trip to the Nakasendo trail. The decor was really cool. The room was comfortable albeit a bit small but for 2 nights it was great.

Will gladly come again and recommend to friends
Pros:

Location was extremely good with the train lines just below the hotel.
Room was clean and well maintained.
2 sets of pyjamas were provided.
Another nice touch was the bath salts given and different fragrance were given each day.
Hotel was also gracious to extend my checkout time due to flight delay

Cons:

No swimming pool but then again we had no time to use even if there is one LOL

Pros:

Super easy to check in, directly inside train station. View is fantastic. Bathroom was great

Cons:

It isn't each to reach the hotel as you have to take elevators, which are already busy serving the tower
