Excellent. I would stay there again.
Pros:

Close to train station and shops. We loved the Belle mart next to the hotel lobby.
My daughter loved the Disney store.
Also the room had a lovely window seat overlooking the city.

Cons:

Nothing. It was all good.

Great location, especially if catching the train to Nagoya.
Pros:

Easy to find the hotel. Signage from the station was excellent.
Staff organised luggage forwarding well.

Cons:

Getting lost in the wrong lift. You need to take the one to the 15th floor for the hotel lobby next to the Disney store.
