The best spot to stay in Istanbul
Pros:

We really enjoyed being on this side of Istanbul. The hotel is SO well situated so getting to the ferry is like 5 min away and the Havaist bus stop is also right there. My mom wasn’t well and the sweet lady doing the breakfast made her a Turkish remedy that was soooo good. Thank you for having us stay xx

Pros:

Perfect location - quiet street that is five minutes away from lively area and the subway & ferry terminal.
2 bottles of water provided daily along side tea & coffee in the room.
The custodial staff quickly flipped my room and found my wallet and returned it to me just after I finished breakfast!

Cons:

There was some confusion - I booked a room with separate beds, when I arrived I was told this room was not available and I was offered 2 individual rooms - as my friend wasn’t staying that night I happily took the shared bed (room 503) and the following day I’d be moved to the separate beds room (201) When I returned from dinner the gentleman working the desk told me I could keep my room and get the extra bedroom tomorrow for my friend as well to apologize for the inconvenience.

The following morning when my friend arrived a new gentleman was working the desk and he said I would not be able to keep 503, and would have to switch to the room I originally booked. We had invited another friend to share the extra room (3 people total now), but the gentleman insisted I was never offered to keep room 503 and have room 201. I ended up just paying extra for room 503

The breakfast ends a bit early (10 am) and is in a hot basement
The rooms electricity only works when the keycard is in, this means not air conditioning while away, and I believe the fridge did not stay cool when outside of the room.
