Décor sympathique style chalet de montagne mais hôtel relativement bruyant. Parking difficile.
Pros:

Malgré les contrariétés consécutives aux modifications de nos dates de réservation, le personnel a été prévenant et à l'écoute.

Cons:

Nous avions réservé pour 3 jours, la réservation a été confirmée par Booking. Arrivés sur place on nous annonce que nous ne pouvons rester qu'une nuit. Pas très commerçant car pas de solution alternative proposée et difficile de trouver un hôtel disposant de chambres libres et à des prix similaires dans cette période particulièrement chargée. L'accueil nous a affirmé que la modification des dates venait de Booking, ce qui est faux. Les chambres sont propres mais petites.

Room was okay with me. But I would not stay in this hotel next time.
Pros:

Clean rooms. Staff were nice. They sorted out an issue with the booking and offered me a room to stay.

Cons:

Almost all the rooms were booked by a group of people. Loud music whole night. Those were not finish even at 6:00 am in the morning. My whole night was sleepless.

Beutiful, underrated place.
Pros:

Beautiful building, really! One of the most cozy and elegant rooms I've stayed in, not in Sri Lanka, but ever. The dark wood, the lamps, the big window - really good taste. Also, the service was really nice and helpful.

Some hotels in Nuwara Elliya mention wetness during rain season - I haven't seen any signs of such problems here.
