Luxurious relaxation
Pros:

Quiet, luxurious and relaxing. Staff was amazing. Pool was fabulous.

Cons:

Only small details. The back area was really worn, seats with rips and bench leaning and not good for sitting. But just needs a little attention. The shower head water pressure was realllly soft. Took some time to rinse out the soap. But all in all beautiful bathroom.

Pros:

Wszystko było cudowne! Piękny butikowy hotel, przewyższa standard amerykańskich hoteli. Naprawdę polecam, wrócę gdy tylko będę w okolicy.

Cons:

Śniadanie mogłoby być urozmaicone o cokolwiek słonego, ponieważ są tylko słodkie opcje. Choćby krakersy by wystarczyły. Ale duży plus za świeże owoce i daktyle!

Not 4 stars
Pros:

The room was spacious and quiet. The beds are comfortable. The restaurant food and drinks was good. The pool was on the smaller side, but nice.

Cons:

Not the experience you would expect from a hotel claiming to be 4 stars and charging you a 4 star hotel rate. The room wasn't cleaned well. The outlets near the bed didn't work and were never fixed. The private outside bathtub was dirty and when we asked for it be cleaned, a worker came in (without any cleaning products) to "clean" it. He said they don't use any cleaning products (even between guests) to clean the tub and only use hot water - so definitely did not use it during our stay. The room safe was broken. The chairs by the pool filled up by 10am on weekends. Staff was unhelpful and clueless.
