All restaurants at the hotel require an advance reservation for dinner. Steak House Shiosatei requires a reservation at least 3 days in advance.

The shuttle from Kawazu Train Station leaves from Bus Stop 1, to the left of the South Exit.

Operation of the seasonal outdoor pool in 2023 has ended.
Night pool is open until August, between 19:00-21:00.

Due to partial repair work on the public baths in the bathhouse from October 15 (Sun.) to October 17 (Tue.), 2023, the hours of operation will be changed. Please contact the hotel for details.Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests.
An accommodation tax per person, per night is not included in the price and must be paid at the property.

Trevligt och rent men vi var ändå ganska besvikna på att faciliteterna var stängda och restaurangen var väldigt dyr.
Pros:

The hotel was old but they tried to keep it in good shape.
They had a nice pool unfortunately it was closed 90% of the time we were there in the end of June.
The onsen was nice, try also the lokal onsen at the fishermen store with a wiew.

Cons:

The breakfast was not so much our style.
The pool was closed the most of the time.

Good option outside of shimoda and numazu. if driving
Pros:

Good facilities. Nice setup especially catering to surfing enthusiasts. Free parking.

Cons:

Its located outside of the city, you have to drive to get there and back. No food deliveries. If visiting during rain season, it is isolated. Hawaiian decor is not for everyone.

Amazing hotel right on the beach!
Pros:

We only stayed one night here as it was a transit hotel for us, but we had a great time!

+ The hotel has a really cozy vibe and although it's probably on the older side, I wouldn't necessarily say it's dated.
+ The staff spoke very good English and they were really helpful and polite. Check in was quick and easy.
+ The room was pretty spacious and clean. We had all the amenities that we could need. The balcony is a really nice plus, as it had a sea view and you're literally right on the beach. Drinking something at night while listening to the waves is very relaxing.
+ The beds were soft and comfortable.
+ The breakfast was also very good and sufficiently varied

We didn't get a chance to explore all the facilities that the hotel had but it looked like a great place to spend a few days. Highly recommend it!

Pros:

Not my first time staying and hotel is in a very nice location with its own access to the beach area.

Cons:

The quality of service has gone down considerably compared to previous years.
1. The pool is only open on the weekends (10am -4pm)
2. There was leftover garbage from previous visitors in the room under the bed.
3. It's starting to feel quite outdated

とても風光明媚で、心が落ち着く場所でした。プールも温泉も海もあるのが嬉しいです。子ども向けのアクティビティも多く見られました。心身ともにリフレッシュできる場所だと思います。朝食も素晴らしく、ホテルもお部屋も清潔でした。立地はあまり便利とは言えませんが、自然豊かな環境を考えれば想定内です。

チェックインの際、なぜか私と夫の身分証明書のコピーを取られました。受付の女性が「コピーを取ってもよろしいでしょうか」と尋ねてきたので、私たちは「何のためでしょうか」と理由をお聞きしました。しかし、その方は理由を説明することができませんでした。一度席を外し、戻ってくると「本人確認のためです」とおっしゃいましたが、チェックイン時に原本をお見せするのと同じことではないでしょうか。私たちは不快に感じました。原本をご確認いただいたのに、なぜコピーが必要なのでしょうか。それでも結局、コピーは求められました。選択の余地がないのであれば、最初に質問をする意味があるのでしょうか。

私と夫は日本に住んでいますが、日本人のお客様の身分証のコピーは取られていないのではないかと思います。私たちが外国人であるという理由での差別のように感じられました。たった一晩滞在するだけの場所に、自分の個人情報が永久に残ってしまうことが理解できません。これまで他のホテルで、私たちの書類のコピーを取られたことは一度もありませんでした。とても残念な気持ちが残りました。

Pros:

Отличный отель на первой береговой линии.
Большой номер с потрясающим видом на океан, удобные кровати, бассейн с теплой водой, выход на городской пляж, спа: всё прекрасно.

Cons:

Отель расположен в километре от поселка, поэтому мест, где можно перекусить вне отеля, достаточно мало.
В ресторанах отеля цены завышены. Также, иногда рестораны могут быть закрыты на спецобслуживание.

Очень красивый отель и вид из окна. Подходит для отдыха с семьей.
Pros:

Красивый ухоженный отель, прекрасный вид из окна на океан, комнаты убирают каждый день, очень чисто, вежливый персонал. Очень удобное расположение вблизи пляжа, после можно пойти в онсен.

Cons:

Хотелось бы чтобы в цену входил завтрак, досточно дорого отдельно брать завтраки и ужины в отеле.
