Pros:

Location and room size

Cons:

The stuff are not helpfull and they dont know how to contact to customers.

The bathroom had problem, the shower was cold and they did nothing in time to solve the problem. Only after few hours.

The breakfast was cheap and ugly.

We stayed for just one day, and the welcome and check-in experience were good overall.
Pros:

The hotel was clean overall. The room and breakfast area were also clean, and everything was well maintained.

Cons:

There wasn't anything in particular that I didn't like.

Pros:

Комната была просторная и очень чистая. В номере было всё необходимое. Персонал был очень приятным и дружелюбным. Локация отеля была тоже очень удобной. Завтрак на 4. Мне всё понравилось, спасибо.

Pros:

Уютные, красивые номера, чистое постельное белье, удобный матрас. Очень вкусный завтрак, с хорошим ассортиментом. Отель находится в центре города, недалеко от всех достопримечательностей.

Cons:

На 4 этаже мы были в 401 номере. Вечером не было напора воды в душе, я не смогла искупаться. Утром и днём проблем не было

Персонал, персонал и ещё раз персонал. Хорошие завтраки. Отличная локация.

Cons:

Был только бюджетный номер, в котором Мале туре окно и оно не открывается. Об этом была информация, но я ее пропустила.
Совет - оцениваете свои возможности находится в номере, в котором совсем отсутствует приток кислорода. Есть кондиционер, но он не поставляет кислород. Такой номер больше не возьму, только лругой. Отель отличный за свои деньги.
