Disappointed
Pros:

Cleanliness is superb..
Food was Delicious . Breakfast is very good but veg coz of Navratras
Staff courteous
Hotel provided pick up and drop to station

Cons:

Rooms are not in good shape(light in bedroom flickering when off..taps in bathroom a bit rusty and corroded) hence had to change to smaller size room
Too much renovation work outside disturbed our afternoon sleep abruptly as we are senior citizens

Weird hotel policies like check out time 10am never seen across the globe as we are constant travellers both india and overseas
Swimming pool policy to wear hotel swimming costumes with Tshirt don't know if sanitized or not.We dropped the idea of swimming
Pool to open for outsiders and staff entry /exit next to pool.

Hotel is big.. mentality is small

The location was good

Cons:

The staff was not at all welcoming. They denied check in saying that unmarried couples are not allowed in the hotel but they never mentioned it in their policies on booking.com

The room was clean and the staff was cordial.

Cons:

The bathroom was very unclean and smelled horrible. Also there was no hot water, which in my opinion is one of the most basic things to expect

That’s very comfortable. I would certainly stay again.
Pros:

Central location all on one level beautiful garden in the front staff were very attentive

Cons:

The check-in has been placed at the end of the property rather than in the middle, which apparently it was before, so it does make for more walking.
The shower nice to have a rain shower, but the positioning made the water go under the glass doors onto the floorin the bathroom, but it was a good shower lots of hot water
