The location and staff being friendly.our bathroom didn't have a fan and after each shower the steam would stay at bathroom.
There was no blow dryers, microwave and refrigerator
Located up a little street just minutes away the downtown area of Avalon. We stayed for 2 nights. Checking in was straightforward; the gentleman who helped us was friendly. Our room was located in the backside of the hotel. Not gonna lie: the space where our room was located was a little lackluster but at least there was a nice table and patio chairs outside. Luckily no one used it because the view in front of the hotel is much better. It was small room but relatively quiet. It was a little warm and stuffy, but the fan and AC helped cool the space. Despite the size, I thought it was good. We spent most of the time outside the room anyways, so we really just used the space to sleep or rest before heading out in the evening. If you’re looking for an affordable place for the weekend, it’s not a bad choice.
Buena atención del personal
The room was a little dated, but it was very clean and well maintained. The location was excellent and made it easy to get around. Even the walk up the hill wasn’t nearly as bad as we expected. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again.
It was convenient
Property looks older don’t wanna say rundown, but just older. Wasn’t exactly the ocean view that I was expecting.
Nothing. It was really poorly maintained and dirty.
It was unsafe , furniture was broken, it was a long walk up a hill, the office personnel kept taking their lunch breaks at inconvenient times so the office would just be randomly closed if we needed to get something .
Location
Old, ugly. The furniture, towels, bed cover in really poor condition. Photos on booking mislead you……. We feel it is way overpriced .
The view from room 305 is nice
It was a little bit difficult to find through Google Maps, it had me going up. And down the stairs.
Nothing! I left yesterday evening to check into another hotel. The pictures and descriptions were completely different. The hotel hasn’t been updated in years with multiple issues.
There was 1 towel in the bathroom, air conditioner only in living not in the bedroom where the bed was located. The refrigerator opened the opposite direction is to where you’re able to get into it. The TV was hung poorly.
The people and the Hospitality!!!
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
The facility was in disrepair and while the location was beautiful, there was no mention of the uphill hike to the hotel. We paid for an ocean view and we could not see the ocean from our room, unless you count a very tiny sliver.
View the full kitchen
Kind of.\n Old beds weren't very comfortable.
