Cons:

I have never had to pay so much and gotten so little. This place was extremely run down. There were several badly broken fixtures in our room. Basic amenities were not provided. We had to ask for TOWELS. The pictures are very misleading.

Clean and comfy
Pros:

Hotel has a picture perfect location closer to the Casino Theatre. If you have a lot of luggage, you can grab a cab at the pier. There is an elevator at this hotel. Restaurants, beach and shops are all completely within walking distance. The room was very simple, clean and safe. A very quiet hotel tucked away on a small hill.

Good thing we didn't spend much time in the room.
Pros:

I did not have breakfast. I did like the fact that is was located a bit off the main road. I didn't mind the walk.

Cons:

The room could have been updated. Kitchen faucet was about to come off. There could have been a normal size fridge in that big kitchen. The big carpet cut out in the middle of the room was tacky. The toilet was loose and felt unsecure when you sat down. The room was nice and roomy. The bed was uncomfortable. And that tub was ridiculous to get in and out of to take a shower. Jets in the tub were inoperable.

Pros:

Bed was comfortable. Water got hot quick. Staff seems friendly. Able to store luggage until ferry left.

Cons:

Wifi was poor connection. Tv did not work. Difficult to get water from water dispenser. No breakfast. Lack of outlets. Staff asked if we would like the room refreshed. We said yes. It never happened. Door difficult to lock. Mini fridge froze drinks.

Room is clean, spacious and people are great.room need to be updated but other than that our stay is not bad.

The location not to far from the beach. It is clean, spacious our room has kitchen. and People from the front desk are very friendly.
