We only stayed for one night and it was good overall, wish the bathroom would bet better looking.
Pros:

Love the front desk girl hr name is Vanessa she was very welcoming very friendly she answered all of our questions.

Cons:

The bathroom, its rusty toilet seat looked dirty but its the paint coming off, floor was dirty behind the toilet too.

Front desk was very helpful. They accommodated us even after checking out.

Cons:

I think 640 a night was too expensive for the quality of the room, if it wasn't for the location we wouldn't have stayed there. quality of the room was really outdated, has anyone walked the rooms and inspected? the help in the front was excellent just the room quality and pricing are my only complaints.

Pros:

The location and staff being friendly.our bathroom didn't have a fan and after each shower the steam would stay at bathroom.

A quiet space that was perfect for out quick getaway
Pros:

Located up a little street just minutes away the downtown area of Avalon. We stayed for 2 nights. Checking in was straightforward; the gentleman who helped us was friendly. Our room was located in the backside of the hotel. Not gonna lie: the space where our room was located was a little lackluster but at least there was a nice table and patio chairs outside. Luckily no one used it because the view in front of the hotel is much better. It was small room but relatively quiet. It was a little warm and stuffy, but the fan and AC helped cool the space. Despite the size, I thought it was good. We spent most of the time outside the room anyways, so we really just used the space to sleep or rest before heading out in the evening. If you’re looking for an affordable place for the weekend, it’s not a bad choice.

Can’t wait to return to Catalina!
Pros:

The room was a little dated, but it was very clean and well maintained. The location was excellent and made it easy to get around. Even the walk up the hill wasn’t nearly as bad as we expected. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again.
