Cobros irregulares y pésima transparencia

Cons:

La experiencia fue desagradable y poco transparente. Una trabajadora me cobró por una toalla supuestamente manchada, pero en ningún momento me mostraron la evidencia ni el estado real de la toalla.

Lo más sospechoso fue que, al momento de pagar, evitó usar la máquina Redcompra a toda costa. Primero insistió en que debía ser en efectivo y, cuando le dijimos que no teníamos, pidió que le transfiriéramos directamente a su cuenta personal.

La situación dio la impresión de que intentaba cobrar dinero por fuera del sistema formal del alojamiento, sin registro ni comprobante.
