Pros:

O hotel atende bem a proposta. É simples e funcional. É limpo, tem um café da manhã honesto, o ponto é muito bom, bem central e os funcionários em geral são atenciosos.

Pros:

Localização excelente, próximo à Orla, Usina do gasômetro e centro histórico. Muitas opções de restaurantes nas proximidades. Apesar de não ter estacionamento gratuito, há um estacionamento conveniado bem em frente.

Cons:

Café da manhã é bem simples. Muito barulho nos corredores de manhã cedo, causado pelos funcionários da limpeza. Televisão poderia ser smart.
