Goed voor een tussenstop.
Pros:

Prachtig uitzicht. Prima ontbijt.

Cons:

Het zou fijn zijn als er 2 glazen of bekers in de kamer waren.

Good choice for an overnight stopover
Pros:

My room was very good and very clean. There was a lovely view from the balcony out over to the far bank of the Rhine and beyond The furnishings could best be described as "functional" rather than "luxurious". The restaurant offers a buffet style meal in the evening for a fixed price - I think you could go up as many times as you liked. .Breakfast is also the typical buffet arrangement with a very good selection of the usual things you would expect to see in a German hotel breakfast room.
For an overnight stop before continuing south after a late afternoon arrival at Cologne Airport it was more than adequate.

Cons:

The main parking area is behind the main building; where the entry to Reception is. This is not obvious as you drive up as the only sign I saw was a "P" pointing right which leads you to the overflow car park.up a short but very steep lane. You should actually turn left and drive round behind the main building. There are about 10 spaces there, but even if they are all taken, there is space to leave your car while you check in.
The last junction in the town where you join the narrow road that takes you up to the hotel is not at all obvious. Have a good sat-nav or map! (There is a sign saying JUFA Hotel but it's quite small.)

Gute Lage zum Wandern
Pros:

Schöne Lage im Wald mit Blick auf Königswinter und den Rhein. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung ist sehr einfach.

Pros:

Frühstück war lecker und ausgiebig. Lage: Wanderwege interessant und vielfältig, auch für Fahrradwege sehr schöne Gegend. Im Hotel Ausstattung sehr gemütlich. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ist nur zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Kein Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher. Und für E Bikes kein richtiges Fahrradraum.

Eines der minderwertigsten Hotels was ich in den letzten Jahren besucht habe
Pros:

Schöne Lage

Cons:

Unterdurchschnittliches Frühstück, Abendessen bis 19:30 Uhr,
Abgewohnte Zimmer, fleckige Teppiche, schlecht deutsch sprechendes Personal, ich denke es gibt bessere Jugendherbergen

Königswinter Jufa hotel 7-9 september 2026
Pros:

Ontbijt was goed de bedden waren ook goed.

Cons:

Kamer enorm sober nog geen drinkbekers op de badkamer om je mond te spoelen.
Geen glazen,kopjes of iets dergelijks op de kamer ook geen snelkoker om een kopje koffie of thee te zetten.
In de buurt een fabriek waar constant geluiden waren te horen.
We hebben 1 keer gebruik gemaakt van het avond buffet maar dat viel ook tegen.
Vleeswaren waren lauw en de groenten te veel door gegaard en volgens ons uit blik en dus niet vers
Voor €29.50 per persoon veel te duur voor de kwaliteit die geboden wordt.
Wij waren hier 2 nachten en het viel ons tegen.
