Excellent, comfortable stay close to chicago attractions.
Pros:

Close to parking and restaurants. Close, walking distance to Wilis tower and many attractions. Nice pool, outside lounge area, fitness facility, and dining area. Fitness equipment was new and well maintained. Breakfast was amazing and changed a bit each day. Coffee available all day. Nice seating area for both small and large groups or families.

Overall happy and will stay there again
Pros:

John (parking attendant) was outstanding in helping us with 2 malfunctioning room keys to get out of the parking garage and carried on conversations with us. He remembered us from a previous stay.
The lady at check in was outstanding as well.

Cons:

The parking garage is TERRIBLE!
The pillars make it difficult to park as well as people parking taking up 2 spaces.
Twice we had to drive to the top and turn around, which was in itself difficult, and with the parking attendant’s help directing us into a tight stall near the gate, were able to park.

Gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis mitten in Chicago
Pros:

Schöne, grosse Zimmer. Frühstück inbegriffen und gut.
Leider war der Pool geschlossen. Schöne Terasse. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter.
