They are a very nice and clean hotel they just stole my money and won’t give it back
Pros:

I loved the way it smelled it was clean

Cons:

They charged my card twice and told me because it didn’t go through but it said approved when I was at the desk and I received two room keys so when I go to the store the card declined when I checked it was two payments taken when I went back they said I have to wait 5 days to get my money back

I go to your chain of hotels because they are so well run.
Pros:

It was easy to get food because Owen O'Leary pub is right in front of your property. Their food is excellent

I would definitely come again.

I thought it was a clean & quiet atmosphere.

Cons:

It's not that there was any thing wrong with the property. It was my destination was a bit farther but your hotel is pet friendly & that was my priority.

It was a pleasurable stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was ample and tasty. Room was spacious and clean. Hotel is in good condition- not like a few Hampton Inns in Virginia that I've stayed at before.

Cons:

Not everyone likes Everything Bagels (garlic) in the morning. Some bagel variety would have been nice.

Just what I needed
Pros:

I visited this hotel for a two night stay for business. It was just what I needed, a clean and quiet place to rest after I fullday of work. The rooms had the necessities, nothing fancy or extra, but the bed was comfortable and had a coffee maker and refrigerator. Breakfast in the morning was really good, I found something to eat every morning and the coffee was really good. My plan was to go to the pool every day, but that never happened. Plenty of parking, friendly service, I would go back.

Great option only one hour from the Maine border.
Pros:

Stayed one night here on our way up to Maine. Chose this hotel based on Trip Advisor reviews and it was an excellent choice. Although it is an older built Hampton, it has been updated and kept very clean. The colors in the room were very boring beiges, but it was all cleaned properly and the bathroom was quite large. The bed was very comfy and at the end of a long day, that is all that matters. We did enjoy a very nice breakfast that was far above the normal Hampton Inn spread and was made even more pleasant by our conversations with the very nice female attendant. Kudos to the management team for operating a great Hampton property.

Pros:

The hotel was in a quiet neighborhood and the breakfast was decent, the staff was polite

Cons:

The fact that I requested early check in, I received an email saying that they will try to accommodate it and by the time I got there they said the only way for that to happen was for a fee, well I would have appreciated if they would have mentioned that in the email, instead of saying they would do their best.
Also When we got to the bathroom it had paper inside the trashcan, I was concerned because t too tired to go to the front desk about it
