Pros:

スタッフの対応や朝食は大変良かったです。

Cons:

バスタブの排水の流れがスゴく悪くて流れ終わるまですごく時間がかかってしまったので2泊したのですが2泊目は温泉施設に行きました。

全体として、安心して泊まれました
Pros:

朝食、山形は観光で食べ歩くのも難しい土地だったので、ホテルの朝食で色々と土地の食べ物を楽しめて良かったです。朝食スタッフさんも明るく送り出してくれて元気出ました。

Cons:

お部屋の清掃、普段使っていないお部屋だからお安くとめさせてもらったのかな…ちょっと、と思って連泊の間の日にも清掃希望しましたが、品物の補充、交換やベッドメイクは綺麗に整えられていますが、お部屋の隅などの掃除機がけやクモの巣取りをしてほしいと思いました。
