水回りが悪かった
部屋に謎の扉、改築？した跡の隠し板みたいなのがあって不気味と、不愉快と気持ち悪かった
地元のメインストリートに面していて立地的にはとてもよい。
レストランが入っているホテルを選んだのに、夜、全てのレストランが閉まっていて利用できなかった。また、朝食が充実しているとあったが２日とも変わり映えがなく残念だった。地方に根ざした格式あるホテルで、出張、会議、旅行等で利用する人が多数いるのだから、もっと山形県や市が投資をして、地方色のあるよいホテルとして大切にして施設やサービスの中身等の充実を是非とも図ってほしいと思った。
部屋もまあまあ広くてゆっくり過ごせた。
寒かった。空調の調整が客室でできるといい。

The hotel was very clean and the pricing was rrasonable on top. There were a lot of cool restaurants and bars in the area. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. The view ftom our room was also quite nice.
Wifi sometimes had some problems.

ネスレのカプセル式コーヒーメーカーがあったのが良かった。部屋も広く、ベッドも大きく、寝心地最高でした。
ユニットバスにコンセントが無くて、ドライヤーをかける時不便だった。USBが使えず、少し不便でした。
