スタッフの方は親切です
Pros:

大浴場が08:00までを知らず、08:05頃に入ろうとしたらフロントの方から時間切れを伝えられたものの、15分だけなら、と許してくれて、つかの間の大浴場を楽しめました。スタッフの方の配慮に感謝です。

Cons:

朝食込みでしたが、少し品数が足りなかったかなと思います。ただ、コスパ良いので、そことの兼合いで受け容れられる方は良いと感じると思います。

安くて嬉しい
Pros:

外出時雨が降って困っていたら傘をお貸ししますと声をかけてくださったりスタッフの方のお心使いに感謝です。またウェルカムドリンクのサービスも嬉しいです。また機会があればぜひ利用したいです。お風呂もタオルがたくさん用意されていてありがたいです。

Cons:

たまたまなのか置き場が作れないのか女性風呂に使用タオルを返すところがなかった。部屋に持っていったがそれで良いのか分からず。夫は男性風呂にはあったとのことで、女性風呂にもあるとありがたいです。

温泉がついてお安くお得でした
Pros:

温泉浴場付きでゆっくりできました。新幹線の線路近くでしたが、音は割と気にならなかったです。駅近で飲食コンビニ便利でした。

Cons:

ユニットバスの特徴でしょうか、他の施設でもよく感じますが、浴室の湿気の匂いが少々気になりました

Cons:
