Pros:

The room is spacious and the staffs are nice and always greet you with a smile which reflects a good customer service. Happy with them. The breakfast is also great.

Cons:

I'm not sure about the value as I don't live in Bangkok but looks more like a 3-star hotel to me. Maybe because the hotel is old and not maintained properly. Mosquitoes in room so you have to use a repellant always.
