I wish all hotels where like this. Good stuff.
Pros:

This is a Gem in the right location close to lots of good things. The staff where exceptional where nothing was too difficult. Shout out to Oil a female staff member who went out of her way to assist. We took the blue line and green line trains for great experience. The food hall close by is out of this word. We will be back but my advise is to book early>

Sehr freundliches Personal. Konnten auch mitten in der Nacht problemlos einchecken, nachdem unser Flug 12 Stunden Verspätung hatte. Große und bequeme Betten, großzügiges Familienzimmer, schöner Rooftop Bereich mit Pool, gutes Frühstück, liebevoll frisch zubereitete Pancakes für die Kinder, gute Lage, nur wenige Minuten zur Shopping Mall Terminal 21, viele Massage Möglichkeiten und Wäschereien in der Umgebung.

Cons:

Großer Minuspunkt ist das Thema Sauberkeit im Zimmer (viel Staub hinter Schiebetüre, z.T. fleckige Wände und starke Kalkablagerungen auf Glaswand der Dusche/Spiegel), als auch starker Geruch im Hotelflur (Schimnel?).

Absolutely 5 star staff and amazing place to stay.
This one of my all time favorite hotels. I will definitely be coming back. The pool area was excellent. The location was 5 star amazing. Everyone was so kind. Excellent breakfast. Fast service. I can not say enough about how wonderful it is here. I will always stay here when in town. You will love it here.

Es war wirklich außergewöhnlich. Sauber, wunderschön, perfekte Lage ... mir fällt nichts negatives ein. Das Personal ist so freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders die netten Herren, die uns immer so freundlich die Tür geöffnet haben. Ein unvergessliches Erlebnis.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist wie überall in Bangkok oder Thailand nicht besonders für Europäer ausgerichtet. Es gab keinen Käse. Aber perfekte Omelettes, die frisch zubereitet werden. Der Cafe war in Ordnung.
